The fast unfolding and still unclear Ethio-Eritrean relations will be the main agenda of the Public Discussion on Saturday, 4 August,  at the annual Eritrea Festival in Frankfurt which is expected to conduct various political and cultural activities between 3-5 August 2018.

Organized by the Eritrean Democratic Association (EDA), a non-profit charity in Germany, in collaboration with Europe branches of the Eritrean People's Democratic Party (EPDP), the 2018 Festival is expected to be unique of its kind.

Mr. Tesfamariam Kibreab, the EDA chairman, announced recently that a good number of Eritrean political organizations and civil society movements have positively responded to invitations to take part in the Festival Panel as represented by high-level delegations.

The Panel will dwell on the mixed messages being received from Eritrea and Ethiopia  these days. The absolute dictator in Eritrea has been doing whatever he wanted for decades in the past. Now, the big question to be answered is: who and how can the Eritrean dictator be stopped from making hard-to-reverse deals affecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Eritrea?

Besides panel talks, Eritrean political and civic figures attending the festival are expected to hold bilateral and group consultations on what is to be done to confront the pending dangers to the nation in the hands of the dangerous one-man dictatorship.

Cultural, Artistic Events

Eritrea Festival 2018 will not only be long political presentations and friendly chit-chats.

Singers, musicians and persons of artistic caliber are announcing their determination to be at the Festival to entertain and educate. Among the so far reported entertainment personalities coming from Germany include Artist Eyob Haile, known for his traditional songs with his 'krar/wata' instrument and Ahmed (Hamada) Ibrahim, who will be expected to come with moving poetic narrations of what is going on between the hopeless dictator in Eritrea and the new-found 'saviour' Ethiopian friend, Dr. Abiy Ahmed, who appears to be willing to appease and go along (at the cost of the entire Eritrean nation) with a person accused of perpetrating crimes against humanity. Other musicians/singers coming from other places will include two young men from Switzerland - Tesfai Jentile and Aliton.

Following a chain of meetings with regional and local EPDP chapters in recent weeks, the EPDP leadership took time on 15 July 2018 to address party members in Down Under (Australia) to brief them on latest developments in the political and organizational spheres relevant to Eritrea and the party.

Reaching EPDP members in five urban centres in Australia via electronic media,  party chairman, Menghesteab Asmerom, and the head of organizational office, Tesfai Woldemichael (Degiga), made extensive presentations on current affairs and responded to various questions raised during the meeting.

One of the key issues raised and discussed at the meeting was the urgency of strengthening the EPDP to enable it to effectively play its much expected role in the struggle for change in Eritrea and the subsequent hard work in build a state of reliable democratic institutions.

The immediate response was a fund-raising drive started with pledges of six colleagues for $3,500 and the commitment to continue the drive throughout Australia.

It is to be recalled that, during the past three months, substantial amounts were collected  in EPDP North America and Europe following the project of funding a successful mission to Israel, and the plan of expanding such missions to regions where Eritreans reside in big  numbers.

ብጻይ መንግስተኣብ ምስዚ ኣተሓሒዙ፡ ሰልፊ ዲሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ እዚ ሓድሽ ምዕባለ ከይተራእየ’ውን ደንበ ተቓውሞ ኤርትራ ብሓባር ንክሰርሕ ደጋጊሙ ክጽውዕ ከም ዝጸንሐ ብሰፊሑ ኣብሪሁ፡ እዚ ዝረአ ዘሎ ምዕባለ ከኣ ኤርትራዊ ሓይሊ ተቓውሞ ብሓባር ንክንሰርሕ ዝያዳ ከም ዝድርኽን ሰዲህኤ ብኣኡ መሰረት ጸዋዒቱን ጻዕሩን ክቕጽለሉ ምዃኑ ኣብሪሁ። ምስዚ ኣተሓሒዙ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ወትሩ በቲ ኢሳይያስ ዝመርሖ ጉጅለ ክጥለም ክነብር ከምዘይግበኦ ተረዲኡ ቃልሲ ኣንጻር ወጽዓ ከዛይድ ግዜኡ ምዃኑ ጸዊዑ።

ነዚ እዋናዊ መግለጺ ብጽምና ዝተኸታተሉ ተሳተፍቲ ኣኼባ፡ ናይ መሪሕነት ናይ ክሳብ ሕጂ ኣተሓሕዛ ንኢዶም፡ ንመጻኢ ክውሰድ ብዛዕባ ዝግበኦም ጉዳያት ሓቢሮም። ተሳተፍቲ ዝያዳ ዘተኮርሉ፡ ደንበ ተቓውሞ ኤርትራ ነዚ መንግስቲ ኤርትራ ኣብ ዝሓለፉ ዓመታት ተሓቢእሉ ዝጸንሐ መመሳመሲ ራሕሪሑ ኣብ ካልእ ኣጀንዳ ዝኣትወሉ ዘሎ ኩነታት ብሓባር ክሰርሕሉ ከም ዝግባእ ብምጥቃስ እዚ ኣድማዒ ክኸውን ንሓቢርካ ምስራሕ ዝምልከት ሓሳብ ሰዲህኤ ካብ ወረቐት ናብ ግብሪ ዝሰግረሉ ኩነታት ንክፍጠር ካብኣቶም ዝደለ ዘበለ ከበርክቱ ድሉዋት ምህላዎም ኣነጺሮም።

ኣብ መወዳእታ ብጻይ መንግስተኣብ ኣስመሮም ገምጋም መሪሕነት፡ መላእ ኣባላት ሰዲህኤ ኣብ ሓደ ዓይነት ርኢቶ ከም ዘለዉ ዘመልክት ምዃኑ ጠቒሱ፡ መሪሕነት ነቲ ኣብ ኣኼባ ዝቐረበ ሃናጺ ሓሳባት ብግቡእ ክሰርሓሉ ምዃኑ ብምጥቃስን ናይ መላእ ኣባላት ሰልፊ ደገፍ ወትሩ ቦታኡ ምዃኑ ከም ዝተኣማመን ብምጥቅስ ኣኼባ ዛዚሙ።

Following an emergency meeting, the EPDP Executive Committee on 2 July issued a strong statement forewarning the new Ethiopian Prime Minister not forge any hasty relation with the unreliable regime in Eritrea which failed to reconcile with its people that it abused and wronged for so long. The EPDP leadership also sent an urgent call to sister Eritrean organizations to meet and see what can be done at their level.

The statement further wished to remind Dr. Abiy Ahmed of Ethiopia that "the repressive and anti-people ruling clique in Asmara, now showing unlimited enthusiasm to befriend itself with Ethiopia, is not reconciled with the Eritrean people in abused and wronged, and that the relation wanted by that regime with Ethiopia can be both dangerous and short-lived."

The EPDP leadership also repeated its call to the international community "to give appropriate attention to the suffering of the Eritrean people and not to unwind its scrutiny over the repressive regime because of the reported pledges for rapprochement between Eritrea and Ethiopia".

EPDP Statement on Regional Developments

And a Call to the Eritrean Opposition Camp

The EPDP Executive Committee finds it appropriate to once again look into the continually growing developments in our region whose impact is felt beyond Eritrea and Ethiopia. The huge importance of the winds of change in the region drew early on the attention of the EPDP whose EC welcomed on 27 May 2018 the fast unfolding phenomenon in fraternal Ethiopia. The EC action was followed on 24 June by the EPDP Chairman's public statement clarifying the extent of the party's support to the well-intended gestures. Now, backed by additional evaluation of the situation, the EPDP EC finds it absolutely necessary not only to take position on the new Ethiopian initiative related to Eritrea but also to make an urgent call to sister organizations in the Eritrean opposition camp to start thinking of what must be done at their level.

First and foremost, the Executive Committee repeated its commendation to the Ethiopian decision to end the "no-peace-no-war" stalemate by fully supporting the final and binding ruling of the Eritrea-Ethiopia Boundary Commission (EEBC), a wise step and right position which the EPDP also supported and struggled for in the long past relentlessly.

It is true that there has not been any reason for the one-man dictatorship in Asmara to cause untold suffering to the steadfast people by depriving them of rule of law and most basic human rights because of an unresolved border conflict. Based on the Algiers Agreement, the EEBC expected the two sides to expeditiously implement the final and binding ruling with the support of UN experts. This could not be achieved because, contrary to EBBC ruling, Ethiopia asked "dialogue" prior to the start of demarcation process. Nevertheless, Ethiopia's full acceptance of the EBCC ruling after 16 years and its seeming determination to implement demarcation without prior dialogue is a major step promising the hope for peace and stability in our troubled region.

Amidst this good tidings, what utterly surprised Eritreans and the watching world was the unexpected reactions of the Eritrean regime, which until recently bragged of making no contact whatsoever until a start of a process for demarcation, hastily sent its delegation to Addis Ababa. This was done before it even knew the extent of the Ethiopian call for action, and without the knowledge of the guarantors of the Algiers Agreement. It is becoming apparent that the regime was less concerned with Eritrea's national sovereignty; and may be the very destructive border war itself was not war because of the border issue. Therefore, it is time for us Eritreans to be fully aware of the dangers that can befall to Eritrean sovereignty because of the actions of the regime in Asmara.

We know there existed problem related to the Ethio-Eritrean border before Eritrea's independence, an issue which could have been solved easily soon after 1991. It indeed was a mistake to leave it unaddressed till 1998. Today, the regime's border related second betrayal, and the possible dangers of not resolving it now are grave concerns. It distresses all forces of change and peace because it is not a concern of only one political force or one social group. Only to stress, the danger of not resolving the border problem is the burden of all Eritrean political and civic associations and interested citizens. And as a follow up of previous proposals for joint work, the EPDP once more comes with this highly important call to the Eritrean opposition camp to meet as a matter of urgency and address the ever disquieting Eritrean situation and avert additional dangers to the country and its people.

We in the EPDP are fully aware of the fact that the entire nation, nowadays including pro-regime sections, are shocked by the sudden decision of the regime to send its envoys to Addis Ababa after having held all Eritreans hostage of its excuses about the border issue. We do not only want peace between the peoples of Eritrea and Ethiopia but we have been struggling and paying heavy price for its sake, including irreparable damage to the social fabric and the generations. The misplaced language and theatrics of the regime's delegation in Ethiopia raise many big questions. The well placed fear of many Eritreans is that the Asmara regime could be bent at yet unknown betrayal of Eritrean sovereignty by allowing the underhand of alien interests. Our people therefore should no longer allow the regime to find other hiding corners for its betrayal of people's interests. Nor will the agenda of the Eritrean struggle end with resolution of the border issue. In fact, the main Eritrean agenda is winning and guaranteeing peace, democracy and prosperity for the long deprived nation. Therefore, it is time for the entire nation, including the defense forces and other organized groups, to make a united stand and solve their national problem.

The EPDP, which relentless struggled for the implementation of the ruling of EBBC, warmly and promptly welcomed the determined right step taken by the Government of Ethiopian Prime Minister Dr. Abiy Ahmed to end the border conflict without further delay believing that it serves the best interests of our two peoples.

The EPDP feels it as a duty to remind the Ethiopian Prime Minister that, compared to what prevailed in Ethiopia, the Eritrean situation was an all-round disaster. We therefore are inclined to believe that the Ethiopian Prime Minister is not bent at denying Eritreans the democracy and good governance that he wants to prevail in Ethiopia. Therefore, we wish tell Ethiopian PM Dr. Abiy Ahmed to be fully aware of facts: that the repressive and anti-people ruling clique in Asmara, now showing unlimited enthusiasm to befriend itself with Ethiopia, is not reconciled with the Eritrean people in abused and wronged, and that the relation wanted by that regime with Ethiopia can be both dangerous and short-lived.

Likewise, we ask the international community to give appropriate attention to the suffering of the Eritrean people and not to unwind its scrutiny over the repressive regime because of the reported pledges for rapprochement between Eritrea and Ethiopia.

ፈጻሚ ሽማግለ ሰልፊ ዲሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ (ሰዲህኤ) ኣብዚ መመሊሱ ዝጐሃሃር ዘሎን ጽልዋኡ ካብ ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን ሓሊፉ ኣብ ከባቢና ከንጸባርቕ ዝኽእል ምዕብልናታት ዓሚቝ ገምጋም ኣካይዱ። ነዚ ኣወንታዊ ምዕብልናታት ኢትዮጵያ ኣመልኪቱ ስሩዕ ኣኼባ ፈጻሚ ሽማግለ ብ27 ግንቦት ሚዛናቱ ከም ዘንበረሉን፣ ብ24 ሰነ 2018  ከኣ ኣቦ መንበር ሰዲህኤ ዝርዝራዊ መግለጺ ናብ ህዝቢ ከም ዘመሓላለፈ ዝዝከር ኢዩ።

ብምቕጻል፡ ፈጻሚ ሽማግለ ሰዲህኤ ተወሳኺ ገምጋማት ድሕሪ ምክያድ፡ ኣብቲ ዝኸይድ ዘሎ ምዕብልናታት ሚዛኑ እናን'በረ፡ ብወገን ተቓውሞ ኤርትራ እውን ክግበር ኣሎዎ ንዝብሉ ርእይቶን  ጻውዒትን ዝወሰኸ ህጹጽ መግለጺ ከውጽእ ኣድላይ ምዃኑ ርእዩ።

ፈጻሚ ሽማግለ  እቲ ኣብ መንጎ ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን ንነዊሕ ዓመታት ዝጸንሐ ኩነታት “ኣይውግእ ኣይሰላም “ በቲ ኣህጉራዊ ኮሚሽን ዶብ ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን ዝሃቦ ቀያድን ናይ መወዳእታን  ብይን መሰረት ክትግበር ክጽውዕን ክጽዕርን ከም ዝጸንሐ ብምዝካር፡ ብወገን መንግስቲ ኢትዮጵያ ኣብዚ ቀረባ ንዝተራእየ ካብቲ ደውታ ናይ ምውጻእ ቅሩብነት መጎሱ ገሊጹ።

ስርዓት ውልቀ-መላኺ ኢሳያስ ኣፈወርቅን መሳርሒኡ ዝኾነ ንኡስ ጒጅለ ህግደፍን፡ ብናይ ዶብ ሕቶ ምስምስ ንተቓላሳይ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ግዝኣት-ሕግን መባእታዊ መሰላትን ከሊኦም ኣብቲ ሕጂ በጺሕዎ ዘሎ ሕማቕ ሃለዋት ክሸምዎ ብፍጹም ምኽኑይ ኣይነበረን። ብመሰረት ናይ ኣልጀርስ ስምምዕ፡ እቲ ኮሚሽን ዶብ ይግባይ ዘየፍቅድ ናይ መወዳእታን ቀያድን ፍርዲ ድሕሪ ምሃቡ፡ ክልቲኤን ሃገራት ብሓገዝ ክኢላታት ኣቢለን ኣብ ዝቐልጠፈ ናይ ዶብ  ምጥራር/ዲማርከሽን መስርሕ ክኣትዋ ኢዩ ነይሩ። እዚ ግን ብወገን መንግስቲ ኢትዮጵያ ቅድሚ ምጅማር መስርሕ ናይ ዶብ ምጥራር ዘተ ብምሕታታ እቲ ጒዳይ ከይተዓወተ ተሪፉ። ግንከ ድሕሪ 16 ዓመት'ውን ይኹን፡ ብወገን መንግስቲ ኢትዮጵያ ነቲ ውሳኔ ብምልኡ ተቐቢሉ ኣብ ግብሪ ንምውዓሉ ዘየወላውል ድልውነት ምግላጹ፡ ንዞባና ሰላምን ቅሳነትን ክህብ ተስፋ ዝንበረሉ ስጒምቲ ኢዩ። 

ግንከ ስርዓት ውልቀ-መላኺ ኤርትራ፡ ነቲ "ዶብ ከይተሓንጸጸ..." እናበለ ክፍክሮ ንዝጸንሐ ዕሽሽ ኢሉ፣ ከምኡ'ውን ናይቲ እተጠቕሰ ሰናይ ተበግሶ ኢትዮጵያ ትርጉምን ኣተገባብራን ብግቡእ ከይተነጸረ፣ እሞ ከኣ ጒዳይ ስምምዕ ኣልጀርስን እቲ ውሳኔ ዶብን ዝምልከቶም ኣካላት ዘይብሉ፡... ንኹሉ ጠንጢኑ ህዝብናን ሕብረተሰብ ዓለምን ብዘይተጸበዮ ናህርን ቅልጣፈን ዳርጋ ንመስርሕ ምሕንጻጽ ዶብ ዝረሰዓ ብዝመስል መልክዑ ናብ ኣዲስ ኣበባ ልኡኽ ልኢኹ። እዚ ከኣ ካብ ቅድም’ውን ንመንግስቲ ኤርትራ ዝዓጦ፡ ጉዳይ ልኡላውነት ከም ዘይነበረን ጠንቂ’ቲ ብርሰት ዘኸተለ ውግእ ጉዳይ ዶብ ከምዝይኮነን መመሊሱ ዝበርህ ዘሎ እዩ ዝመስል። በዚ ኣጋጣሚ ኣካይዳ መንግስቲ ኤርትራ ንልኡላውነት ሃገርና ኣብ ሓደጋ ዘእቱ ከይከውን ስግኣትና ልዑል ምዃኑ ንገልጽ።

ኣብ ዶባት ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን ቅድሚ ናጽነት ዝጀመረ ጸገማት ከም ዝነበረ ኣይከሓድን። ድሕሪ ናጽነት ክፍታሕ ይከኣል ነይሩ፣ እቲ ጸገም ሸለል ተባሂሉ ክሳዕ 1998 ምጽንሑ ከኣ ዓቢ ጌጋ ነይሩ። ሎሚ እዚ ንሃገርናን ህዝብናን ኣንጠልጢልዎም ዘሎ ናይ ዳግመ-ጥልመት ሓደጋ ንዝተወሰነ ውድብ ወይ ክፍሊ ሕብረተሰብ ኤርትራ ጥራይ ዝምልከት ዘይኮነ፡ ንኹልና ሓይልታት ለውጥን በሃግቲ ሰላምን ዘሻቕል ከም ዝኾነ ንርዳእ። ስለዝ ነዚ ሓደጋ ንምምካት ኣብ ቅድሚ ኩልና ኤርትራዊ ፖለቲካዊ ውዳበታት፡ ሲቪላዊ ማሕበራትን ግዱሳት ዜጋታትን ዝምልከት እዩ። በዚ መሰረት ከም መቐጸልታ ናይቲ ቅድሚ ሕጂ ከነቕርቦ ዝጸናሕና ናይ “ብሓባር ንስራሕ” እማመ ሕጂ እውን ነዚ ህልዊ ኩነታት ንምብዳህን ሃገርናን ህዝብናን ካብ ሓደጋ ንምድሓንን ብቕልጡፍ ተራኺብና መፍትሒ ንክንረክብ  ሰልፊ ዲሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ኣዝዩ ህጹጽ መጸዋዕታ የቕርብ።

መላእ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ደገፍቲ ጉጅለ ህግደፍ እውን ከይተረፉ፡ እቲ ብናይ ዶብ ምኽንያት ንደቅኻ ኮነ ኩሉ መነባብሮኻ ጀሆ ሒዙ፡ ንኹሉ መሰረታዊ ሕቶታትካ ብናይ ዶብ ኩነታት ኣመሳሚሱ ሓንጊዱ ዝጸንሐ ጉጅለ ህግደፍ ሃንደበት ናብ ኣዲስ ኣበባ ምኻዱ ከም ዝደንጸወካ ተገንዚብና ኣለና። እቲ ሰላም ናይ ክልቲኡ ህዝብታት ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን ንደልዮ ጥራይ ዘይኮነ ክንቃለሰሉ ዝጸናሕና እዩ። እንተኾነ ወዮ ኣሸሓት መንእሰያት ዝሓለፍሉ፡ ብዙሓት ቤተሰብ ዝተመዛበልሉን ምግማቱ ዘጸግም ንብረት ዝዓነወሉን ከቢድ በሰላ ውግእ ደኣ “መዓስን ኣበይን ተዘትይሉ ተፈቲሑ?”  እዩ ናብዚ ዝተዓዘብናዮ ወዛሕዛሕ ተበጺሑ? ዝብል ሕቶ ከም ዘሕድረልካ ፍሉጥ እዩ። እዚ ኩነታት ምናልባት እውን ጉዳይና ብዘይፈለጥናዮ ናይ ካልኦት ኢድ ኣትይዎ ንሉኡላውነትና ኣብ ዋጋ ዕዳጋ ናብ ዘውርድ ኣቕጣጫ ይኸይድ ከይህሉ ተገንዚብካ ኣንጻርቲ ሸርሕታት ዝተሓወሶ ዝመስል ኣካይዳ ህግደፍ ክትለዓል ንጽወዓካ። ህግዲፍ ተሓቢእሉ ዝጸንሐ ተቐሊዑ ስለ ዘሎ ደጊም ካልእ መሕብኢ ምስምስ ክምህዝ ዕድል ክንህቦ ኣይግባእን። ጉዳይና ምስ ኢትዮጵያ ዘሎ ጸገም ብምፍታሕ ዝድቅስ ዘይኮነ እቲ ቀንዲ ጉዳይና ዜቤታዊ ሕቶ ሰላም፡ ልምዓትን ዲሞክራስን ምዃኑ ከኣ ክትዝንግዕ ኣይግበኣካን። ሓይልታት ምክልኻልን ካልኦት ውዱባት ኤርትርውያንን እውን ኣብ ጐድኒ ህዝቦም ክስለፉ ንጽወዖም።

እቲ ብቐዳማይ ሚኒስተር ዶ/ር ኣብይ ኣሕመድ ዝምራሕ መንግስቲ ኢትዮጵያ፡ በቲ ጉዳይ ዶብ ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን ኣብ መዓርፎኡ ንምብጻሕ ዝወሰዶ ተበግሶን ዘርኣዮ ቅሩብነትን ምስቲ ንዓመታት ዝተቓለስናሉ ኣተሓሕዛ ዝሰማማዕ ስለ ዝኾነ፡ ናእዳና ንገልጽ። በዚ ኣጋጣሚ ከኣ እቲ ስጉምቲ ንክልቲኡ ህዝብታት ብማዕረ ዘርብሕ ምዃኑ ንኣምን። ኣብዚ እዋንዚ ህልዊ ኩነታት ኤርትራ ምስ ናይ ኢትዮጵያ ክወዳደር እንከሎ፡ ኣብ ኣዝዩ ከቢድ ጭቆናን ዓፈናን ዘሎ ምዃኑ ዝፈልጦ እኳ እንተዀነ ደጊምና ከነዘኻኽሮ ግን ሓላፍነትና ኢዩ። እቲ ኣብ ኢትዮጵያ ክረጋገጽ ዝውጥኖ ዘሎ ዲሞክራሲ ንህዝቢ ኤርትራውን ይነፍጎ እዩ ዝብል እምነት ከኣ የብልናን። ስለዚ እቲ ምስኡ ክመሓዞ ዝደናደን ዘሎ ጉጅለ ህግዲፍ ምስ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ዘይተዓርቀን ኣዝዩ መላኺ፡ ጨቋንን ጸረ ህዝብን ምዃኑ ክርዳእን ናይቲ ክግበር ዝድለ ዘሎ ዝምድና ሓደጋን ዘይቀጻልነትን ክርዳእ ነተሓሳስብ። ሕብረተሰብ ዓለም እውን በቲ ኣብ መንጎ ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን ዝነፍስ ዘሎ ናይ ሰላም ተስፋ ጥራይ ከይቀሰነ፡ ነቲ ብሰንኪ ህግደፍ ኣብ ልዕሊ ህዝብና ዝወርድ ዘሎ በደል ግቡእ ኣቓልቦ ክገብረሉ ነዘኻኽር።

ወይዘሮ ሸይላ ቢ ኪታሩት ፍልይቲ ልእኽቲ ሕቡራት ሃገራት ኣብ ሰብኣዊ መሰል ኤርትራ ሓሙሻይን ናይ መወዳእታን ጸብጻበን ናብቲ ብ26 ሰነ 2018 ኣብ ጀነቫ ዝተጋበአ መበል 38 ኣኼባ ባይቶ ሰብኣዊ መሰል ሕቡራት ሃገራት ኣቕሪበን። ኣብዚ ጸብጻበን ነቲ ኣብ ኤርትራ ዝጸንሐ ቀጻሊ ግህሰት ኣቃሊዐን።

እቲ ኣገራሚ ጸብጻበን ኣብታ ኩሉ መሰረታዊ መሰላት ዝተኣገደላን ግፍዒ፡ ዓመጽ፡ ዓማሚ ማእሰርቲ፡ ክሳብ ሞት ዘብጽሕ ኣተሓሕዛ እሱራት ዝዝውተራን ኤርትራ ዝኾነ ንሰብኣውን ፖለቲካውን መሰላት ዝምልከት ለውጢ ከምዘየለ ኣቃሊዑ።

ንሰን እቲ ዘሕዝን ኩሉቲ ኣብ ኤርትራ ዝፍጸም ጥሕሰት ሰብኣዊ መሰልን ካልእ በደላትን፡ ግቡእ ግምት ይወሃቦ ይወሃቦ የለን ኢለን። ኣተሓሒዘን ከኣ ኣብዚ ዝሓለፈ ግዜ ኣብ ኣስመራ ዘሎ ዓመጸኛ ጉጅለ 90 ጋዜጠኛታት ኣሲሩስ ገሊኦም ክሳብ ሕጂ ዳርጋ ኣብ ዘይፍለጡ ኣብ ኣብያተ-ማእሰርቲ ይሓቁ ኣለዉ ኢለን።

እዘን ዳርጋ ናይ ሽዱሽተ ዓመት ናይ ኣገልግሎት ግዜአን ዝውደኣ ዘለዋ ወይዘሮ፡ ሕቡራት ሃገራት ተልእኮ ናይቲ ጉዳይ ሰብኣዊ መሰል ኤርትራ ዝምልከቶ ኣካል ንከናውሕ ጸዊዐን። ምስዚ ኣተሓሒዘን ከኣ እቲ ኣካል ሕቡራት ሃገራት ነቲ ናይ ቅድሚ ሕጂ ነቲ ኣሰካፊ ኩነታት ኤርትራ ዝምልከት ውሳነታትን ለበዋታትን ባይቶ ሰብኣዊ መሰላት ንከተግብር ጸዊዐን። ኣብቲ ኣኼባ ይሳተፉ ካብ ዝነበሩ ናይ ብዙሓት ሃገራት ልኡኻት ነቲ ናይ ወይዘሮ ኪታሩዝ ጸብጻብ ዝድግፍ ርኢቶታት ሂቦም፡ ጉዳይ ሰብኣዊ መሰል ኤርትራ ኣብ መጻኢ ዝያዳ ኣቓልቦ ንክግበረሉ ተላብዮም።

ኣብዚ መበል 38 ኣኼባ ባይቶ ሰብኣዊ መሰል ሕቡራት ሃገራት ኣብ ሰብኣውን ደሞክራስያውን መሰላት ዝነጥፉ ኤርትራያን ተሳቲፎም፡ ቆላሕታ ክወሃቦም ዝግበኦም ኤርትራዊ ጉዳያት ከኣ ኣጕሊሖም።

ብኻልእ ወገን ከኣ ብ25 ሰነ 2018 ብዶ/ር ዳንኤል ረዘነ ዝተማእከለ ተዛማዲ ኣኼባ ተኻይዱ። ኣብዚ ኣኼባ ክሳብ ሕጂ ኣብ ጉዳይ ሰብኣዊ መሰል ኤርትራ ዝተዐመመ ስረሓትን ኣብ መጻኢ ኣብዚ መዳይዚ ከጋጥም ዝኽእል ብደሆታትን ዝምልከት ዳህሳስ ተኻይዱ። ካለኦት ኤርትራውያንን ንጉዳይ ኤርትራ ዝሕግዙን ወገናትን ከኣ ብኣቶ ረዲ ኣብዩ ካብ ዓባይ ብሪታንያ እናተመርሑ ብ26 ሰነ 2018 ኣኼባ ኣካይዶም። ኣብዚ ኣኼባዚ ንኤርትራ ዝምልከት ሓደስቲ ምዕብልናታት ብማሕሙድ ኣደምን ኢብራሂም ካቡሽን ካብ ማሕበር መታሕት ኤርትራ ከምኡ እውን ብእስማዒል ገባይታ ካብ ማሕበር ሰብኣዊ መሰል ዓፋር ቀይሕ ባሕሪ መብርህታት ተዋሂቡ። ኣብዚ መብርሂ ቆላሕታ ዝተዋህቦ ጉዳይ መሬት ኣብ ክልቲኡ ከባቢ ክኸውን እንከሎ ብሓፈሻ ኣብ መላእ ኤርትራ ጉዳይ መሬት ቆላሕታ ዘድልዮ ምዃኑ’ውን ተጠቒሱ። ውይዘሮ ቢ ኪታሩዝ ከኣ ኣብዚ ጐኒንጐኒቲ መበል 38 ኣኺባ ባይቶ ዝተኻየደ ክልቲኡ ኣኼባታት ተኣስቲፈን።

ኣብ መወዳእታቲ ናይ 26 ሰነ 2018 ኣኼባ ብዙሓት ኤርትራውያን ግዱሳት ምስ ወይዘሮ ኪታሩዝ ናይ ድራር እንግዶት ኣካይዶም። ኣብዚ ናይ ድራር እንግዶት ኣብቲ ኣጋጣሚ ዝነበሩ ኤርትራውያን ብስም ኩሎም ኣበርቶአን ኣብ ጉዳይ ሰብኣዊ መሰል ኤርትራ ዝንእዱ ሕቋፍ ዕንበባን ንኤርትራ ዘንጸባርቕ መዘከርታን ሂቦም።
