እቲ ኮሚስዮን ብ2 ሰነ 2023 ኣብ ዘውጸኦ መግለጺ፡ እቲ ማእሰርቲ ብዘይ ናይ ቤት ፍርዲ መእዘዚ ወረቐት ይካየድ ምህላዎም ጠቒሱ፡ እሱራት ናብ ቤት ፍርዲ ከምዘይቀርቡ እውን ኣፍሊጡ። ኣተሓሒዙ ድማ ናብቲ ተኣሲረምሉ ዘለዉ ቦታታ በጺሑ፡ ክሳብ ዓሰርተ መዓልታት ብዘይኣፍልጦ ቤት ፍርዲ ዝተኣስሩ ኤርትራውያን ከም ዝረኸበ ኣረጋጊጹ።
ነቶም እሱራት ከም ዝተነግሮም፡ እቲ ኣእሲርዎም ዝተባህለ ገበን ብዘይፈቓድ ወረቐት ናብ ኣዲስ ኣበባ ምእታዎምን ኣብኡ ስረሓት ከካይዱ ምፍታኖምን እዩ። ካብቶም እሱራት ብዘይካቶም ወረቐት ዘየብሎም ወረቐት ሃልይዎምስ ዘይተሓደሰ ዝሓዙ እውን ኣለዉዎም። እዚ ዘይሕጋዊ ማእሰርቲ ናይቶም ስደተኛታት ምንቅስቓሶም ዝግድብ ጥራይ ዘይኮነ፡ ሕጊ ስደተኛታት ዝጥሕስን ጉዳዮም ቀጻሊ መፍትሒ ከይረክብ ዝዕንቅፍን ምዃኑ ናይቲ ኮሚሽን መገለጺ ኣረዲኡ።
.እቲ ኮሚስዮን ተኸታቲሉ ከም ዘረጋገጾ፡ መሕዳስ መንነት ናይቶም ኤርትራውያን ስደተኛታት ብምትሕብባር፡ ትካል ስደተኛታትን ካብ ስደት ትመለስትን ኢትዮጵያ ምስ ፖሊስ ብምትሕብባር ዝትግበር እዩ። ጠንቂ ምእሳር ናይዞም ኤርትራውያን ከኣ ናይዞም ክልተ ኣካላት ስራሕ ብስሩዕ ዘይምቕጻሉ ምዃኑ ተጸብጺቡ።

After two years of fighting, the Ethiopian government and the Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) signed a deal to end hostilities in November last year that included withdrawing all foreign forces from the north of the country. Eritrean soldiers had joined in on the conflict on the side of Ethiopia. But aid workers said officials from the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA), as well as those from other NGOs, were stopped from reaching the village of Gemhalo by Eritrean forces. “On 25 May 2023, a mission led by UNOCHA deputy head of Ethiopia comprised from UNOCHA, UNDSS, WHO and other INGOs were prohibited from entering Gemhalo village in Tahtay Adiyabo woreda [district] by Eritrean forces,” they said. “The mission was stopped after traveling 16km from Sheraro around Waela-Nihbi. Eritrean forces are in Tigray in close distance from Sheraro occupying five kebeles [neighborhoods] of Tahtay-Adiyabo woreda [district],” they added. “Looting, destructing infrastructures, raping are continued. Eritrean forces are committing all forms of violations in the villages including denying humanitarian access to those areas,” they said. In January, the United States Ambassador to the United Nations Linda Thomas-Greenfield said at a press conference in Nairobi that Eritrean troops were still in Ethiopia, contradicting authorities in Addis Ababa. “We understand that they have moved back to the border, and they have been asked to leave Ethiopia,” she told reporters. Eritrean forces also recently prevented “an African Union [peace] monitoring and verification team from carrying out their activities,” said Getachew Reda, the head of Tigray’s interim government. Tigrayan authorities continue to discuss the issue with the Ethiopian government, he added, saying, “it must be resolved.” CNN has reached out to the Eritrean and the Ethiopian governments for comment. Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed came to power in 2018 after decades of iron-fisted rule by a TPLF-dominated coalition, and began a drive for a new pan-Ethiopian political party, sparking fears in some regions that the country’s federal system was under threat. Tensions with the TPLF boiled over and in November 2020 Abiy ordered a military assault against the group, sending in national troops and fighters from the neighboring region of Amhara, along with soldiers from Eritrea. Thousands of people died in the fighting, while many more fled, and Tigray was plunged into severe food insecurity. All actors have been accused of carrying out atrocities in the conflict, but Eritrean forces have been linked to some of the most gruesome. ጉንበት 24፡ መበል 32 ዓመት መዓልቲ ናጽነት፡ ኤርትራውያን ብዝተፈላለዩ ስምዒታትን ኣገባባትን ከም ዝዘከርዋ ተዓዚብና። ካብቶም ኣብ ቅነ እዛ መዓልቲ ዝተንጸባረቑ ስምዒታት፡ “ናጽነትና ፍረ መስዋእቲ ጀጋኑናን ናይ ኩሉ መጻኢ ሓርነትና፡ ዕቤትናን ህንጸትናን መሰረት ስለ ዝኾነትን ብሓበን እትዝከር እያ፡ ካብ ባዕዳዊ መግዛእቲ ተናጊፍና ናብ ሓዲሽ ዘቤታዊ ወተሃደራዊ ምልክን ጭቆናን ዝኣተናላ ዕለት እያ፡ በቲ ሓደ ወገን ብሓርነት ዘይተሰነየ ናጽነት በቲ ካልእ ድማ ባርነት ዝተኣወጀላ ዕለት ስለ ዝኾነት ፍይዳ የብላን” ፡ ዝብሉ ስምዒታት ንኣብነት ዝጥቀሱ እዮም። ብፍላይ ኤርትራዊ ሓይልታት ለውጢ፡ ኣብ መሰረታዊ ትሕዝቶን ክብደትን ናይዛ ዕለት ዘይምስምምዑ፡ ኣብ ቅድሜና ዘሎ ብደሆ ክሳብ ክንደይ ከቢድ ምዃኑ ዘመልክት እዩ።
ኢሳያስ ኣፈወርቂ ብኤርትራውያን ዝተቐብጸን ዝፈሸለን መራሒ ምዃኑ ንኹሉ ርዱእ እዩ። ንሱ እውን ኣብ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ተቐባልነት ከም ዘየብሉ ስለ ዝርዳእ፡ “ካብ ተቐባልነት ረኺብካ ምምራሕ ናብ ኣገዲድካ ምግዛእ” ካብ ዝሰጋገር ነዊሕ ግዜ ኮይንዎ እዩ። ኣብ ከምዛ መዓልቲ ናጻነት ዝኣመሰለ ታሪኻዊ ኣጋጣሚ፡ ካብ ሓቂ ዝሃድመሉ እምበር ርትዓውን ንብሩህ መጻኢ ዝእምትን መደረ ከም ዘየስምዕ ከኣ ዳርጋ ኩሉ ኤርትራዊ ዝተጽበዮ እዩ። ምስዚ ኩሉ ግና “ሎሚ ዘበንከ እንታይ ቅዲ መህደሚኾን የምጽእ?” ኢሎም ዝተጸበይዎ ኣይተሳእኑን። ኢሳያስ ግና ነቲ ናይ ቀደም ካብ ተሓታትነት ንምህዳም ብካለኦት ናይ ምስባብ ኣመሉ ኣጸባቢቑ ምቕራቡ እንተዘይኮይኑ፡ ሓድሽ ኣየምጸአን። ከምቲ ልማዱ ድማ ንሕቡራት መንግስታት ኣመሪካን ከም ኔቶ ዝኣመሰሉ ዓብይቲ ምዕራባዊ ትካላትን ከም ቀዳሞት ጸላእቱ ጠቒሱ፡ ብፍሽለቱ ከም ዝሕተቱ ኣምሲሉ ጉጅለታት ብዝብል ቃና ኣነኣኢስዎም።
ኢሳያስ ኣብ መደርኡ፡ ዝጠፈሸትን ዝኣረገ መዛግብቲ እትግንጽልን ንዝበላ ኣመሪካ፡ “ጥሙር ሃገራዊ እስትራተጂ” ዝብል ሰነዳት ኣዳልያ ኣንጻሩ ትሰርሕ ከምዘላ ጠቒሱ። ዕላማኣ ከኣ ግደ ኢሳያስ ኣብ ዞባና ንምግዳብ ጥራይ ዘይኮነ፡ ጠቕሊላ ካብ ስልጣኑ ንከተወግዶ ምዃና ብምጥቃስ፡ ኣውያት ኣስሚዑ። ኣሜሪካ ንሰራዊት ኤርትራ ብገበን ከም ዝኸሰሰት እውን ኣግሂዱ። ነብሱ ንከተዓባቢ ድማ ኣመሪካ በቲ ንኤርትራውያን ደም ዘንብዕ ዘሎ፡ ግዱድ ወተሃደራዊ ኣገልግሎት መደቡ ከም እትሰግእ ከይሓፈረ ጠቒሱ። ነቲ ኣብ መንጎ መንጎ መደርኡ፡ ፍረ ሓሳቡ ብዘይምርዳእ ኣብዘይቦታኡ ብቐጻሊ ዝስማዕ ዝነበረ ጣቓዒትን ዕልልታን ሰሚዕካ እቲ ኣውያቱን እንጽርጽሮቱን፡ ናይ ድፍረቱ፡ ትብዓቱን ሰዓርነቱን ኣንጻር ኣመሪካ ገይሮም ዝተረድእዎ ግሩሃት ወገናት ከም ዘለዉ ምግማት ይከኣል። ሓቀኛ ትሕዝቶ ናይቲ ክቱር እንጽርጽሮቱ ግና ናይ “ስግኣትን ጠፋእኩን” ኣድሕኑኒ ስምዒቱ መግለጺ እዩ። ነቲ ብሰንኪ ተናኻስን ስሱዕን ፖሊሲኡ በብግዜኡ ኣብ ዞባናን ርሑቕ ከባብን ከጋጥሞ ዝጸንሐ ተነጽሎን ፍሽለትን እውን ናብ ኣመሪካን መንግስታት ምዕራብ ኤውሮጳን ከላግቦ እዩ ተሰሚዑ።

ነዛ ኩሉ ጸጋታትን ህርኩት ዓቕሚ ሰብን ዘለዋ፡ ብዝተሓደሰ ሓበሬታ ሕቡራት ሃገራት መሰረት ከባቢ 3.6 ሚልዮን ዝግመት ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ምምራሕ ስኢኑ ከብቅዕ፡ ኣብዚ ናይ መበል 32 ዝኽሪ መዓልቲ ናጽነት መደርኡ እውን፡ ነቲ ናይ ቅድሚ ሕጂ መህደሚ ንክኾኖ፡ “ኣብ ክንዲ ብዛዕባ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ንሓስብ፡ ብዛዕባ ኣስታት 400 ሚልዮን ህዝቢ እዚ ዞባ ኢና ክንሓስብ ዝግበኣና” ዝብሎ መመሳመሲ ቃሉ ደጋጊሙ ኣቃሊሕዎ። ሕሉፍ ሓሊፉ ቅኑዕ ኣሰራርዓ ቀዳምነት ኣብ ክንዲ ምኽታል፡ “ዘቤታውን ዞባውን ዛዕባታት ብሓደ ሚዛን ኢና ንርእዮም” ምባሉ ካልእ ንህድማኡ ካብ ኤርትራዊ ጉዳይን ህዝቢ ኣብ ሕልሚ ናይ ምንባር ተንኮሉን ዘመልክት እዩ። ኣብ ዞባዊ ጉዳይ ዓጀውጀው ምትኳሩ፡ ነቲ ብደረጃ ዞባ ቀርኒ ኣፍሪቃ ብኣኸደምቱ ዝተቐበሎ ናይ ተለኣኣኽነትን ኣገልጋልነትን ተልእኮ፡ ኣመላኺዑ ንምቕራብ ዝዓለመ እንተዘይኮይኑ፡ ኣብ ኤርትራዊ ጉዳይ ዘየድመዐስ ኣብ ዞባ ከፍሪ እዩ ማለት ዘይሕሰብ እዩ።
እዚ ዲክታተር ኣብዚ መደርኡ፡ ሓድሽ ተላኣኺ’ኳ እንተዘይኮነ፡ ኣብ ዞባ ቀርኒ ኣፍሪቃ ኣንጻር ኣመሪካን ካለኦት ስለ ዘቃልዕኦ ዘይፈትወን ሃገራትን ተልእኮ ተቐቢሉ ከምዘሎ ብዝግባእ ኣንጸባሪቕዎ እዩ። ኣብ ድሮ መዓልቲ ናጽነት ኣብ ሃገረ ቻይና ቀንዩ ብዝተዋህቦ ተስፋ ጉልበት ዝወሰኸ መሲሉ ብምቕራብ፡ ዓቕሚ ቻይና ብመንጽር ኣመሜሪካ ዘበርኽ ዘራይ ንምዃን ዘርኣዮ፡ ፈተነ፡ ምስ ኩሉቲ ናይ ሩሲያ ገበናት ደጋፍን ተሓላቕን ምጽንሑን መስርዑ ኣበይ ምህላዉ ብዝግባእ ኣነጺሩ እዩ። ካብዚ ብዘይፍለ ንህዝቢ ኤርትራ ስምዒት ኣረሳሲኑ ንሓደ ዘሕዝን ጉዳይ የዳልዎ ከም ዘሎ ምግማት ይከኣል። ኣካላት ህግደፍ “ኣብዚ ሳምንቲ ዝኾነ ይኹን ናይ መርዓ ውራይ ከይቁጸር” ዝብል ወረ ታሕቲ ታሕቲ ይነዝሓ ኣለዋ ዝበሃል ናይ ማሕበራዊ መድያ ሓበሬታ፡ ምስዚ ምትእስሳር ዘለዎ ከይከውን ናይ ብዙሓት ግምት እዩ።
እንተቲ ንፖለቲካዊ፡ ማሕበራዊ፡ ቁጠባውን ሰብኣውን ኩነታት ኤርትራ ዝምልከት ኣብቲ ኣጋጣሚ ዘይምልዓሉ፡ ከምቲ “ዓሚ ዝሞተ ምራኽ ኣይትጠይቕ” ዝባህለ ኮይኑ እዩ ተሓሊፉ። እቲ ትሕተ-ቕርጺ፡ ጸዓት፡ ማይ፡ ባሕሪ፡ ሕርሻ፡ ዕደና፡ መጐዓዝያ፡ ምስናዕን፡ ማሕበራዊ ኣገልግሎታትን ብዝብል ዝጠቐሰሉ ኣገባብ “ንፍርዲ ኣይርትዑና” ከም ዝበሃል ንሃልኪ እንተዘይኮይኑ፡ ካብ ኤርትራዊ ዘቤታዊ ጉዳይ ሃዲሙ ደገደገ ምምዕዳዉ ቀጻሊ እዩ።
ኤርትራ ምስ ሰሜን ኮርያን ማውርታንያ፡ ብዓለም ደረጃ ዘመናዊ ባርነት ዝረኣየለን ሃገራት ምዃነን፡ ግሎባላዊ መዝገብ ባርነት/ Global Slavery Index፡ ዝተባህለ ትካል ናይ 2023 ጸብጻቡ ብዝምልከት ብ23 ጉበት 2023 ኣብ ድሮ መዓልቲ ናጽነት ኤርትራ ብዝዘርግሖ መጽናዕቲ ምሕባሩ ኣገልግሎት ዜና ኣጃንስ ፍራንስ ፕረስ/ Agence France-Presse ኣስፊሩ። እቲ ጸብጻብ ነቲ ኰነታት ምስ ናይ ቅድሚ 5 ዓመታት ዝተኻየደ መጽናዕቲ ክወዳድሮ እንከሎ፡ እናገደደ ከም ዝቐጸለ ኣፍሊጡ።
እቲ ጸብጻብ፡ ናይቶም ብዓለም ደረጃ ብዘመናዊ ባርነት ዝሰቐዩ ሰባት ኣሃዝ ብ2016, 50 ሚልዮን ክነብር እንከሎ፡ እዚ ኣሃዝ ብ2021, ብ10 ሚልዮን ግዳያት ከም ዝወሰኸ ጠቒሱ። ካብቶም ጠቕላላ ብዘመናዊ ባርነት ዝሳቐዩ ዘለዉ ሰባት፡ 28 ኣብ ግዱድ ስራሕ ዝተጸምዱን 22 ሚልዮን ድማ ኣብ ናይ ኣስገዳድ መርዓ ዝተቖርኑን ከም ዝርከብዎም ተፈሊጡ።
እቲ ዝተኻየደ መጽናዕቲ ካብቶም ብዙሓት ንምግዳድ ዝመናዊ ባርነት ጠንቅታት ዝበሎም፡ ዝተሓላለኹ ወተሃደራዊ ጐንጽታት፡ እናገደደ ዝኸይድ ዘሎ ኣከባብያዊ ምንቁልቋልን ምስፍሕፋሕ ኮቪድ-19ን ከም ዝርከብዎም ኣስፊሩ። እቲ ሰብኣዊ ልገሳ ዝተባህለ ትካል እውን ዝተሓወሶ መጽናዕቲ፡ ናይ ዘመናዊ ባርነት መልከዓት ከመይ ከም ዝመስል ክጠቅስ እንከሎ፡ ግዱድ ስራሕ፡ ግዱድ መርዓ፡ ብልቓሕ ጉልበት ሰብ ምሓዝ፡ ግዱድ ወሲባዊ ንግዲ፡ ዘይሕጋዊ ምዝውዋር ሰባትን ምስዋርን መሸጣን ህጽናትን ዝብሉ ዘርዚሩ።
ንስፍሓት ናይቲ ዘመናዊ ባርነት ብዝምልከት፡ ኣብ ዝተጠቕሰ፡ ኣብ ሰሜን ኮርያ 104.6፡ ኤርትራ 90.3፡ ማውርታንያድማ 32 ሰባት ካብ 1000 ሰባት ምዃኑ ኣረዲኡ። ኣብተን ንኤርትራ ወሲኽካ ዝለዓለ ዘመናዊ ባርነት ዝረኣየን ሃገራት፡ ምድራት ሲቪላዊ ሓለዋን ምጥሓስ ሰብኣዊ መሰልን ንኹለን ዘመሳስለን መምዘኒ ምዃኑ’ውን ተፈሊጡ። እተን ሃገራት ኣብ ተሃዋስን ፖለቲካዊ ምርግጋእ ዘየብሉን ከባቢ ዝርከባ፡ ከም ስደተኛታት ዝኣመሰሉ ንመጥቃዕቲ ዝተቓልዑ ሰባት ዝርከብወን ምዃነን ከኣ እቲ መጽናዕቲ የረድእ።
ብዘይካተን ኤርትራ ትርከበን ሰለስተ ዝገደዳ ሃገራት፡ ካብተን ዓሰርተ ዘመናዊ ባርነት ዝረኣየለን፡ ሰዑድ ዓረቢያ፡ ዓረብ ኤምረትስ፡ ኩወይት፡ ሶርያ፡ ታጃኪስታን፡ ሩሲያን ኣፍጋኒስታንን ይርከበአን። እቲ ጸብጻብ ከም ዝሕብሮ ኤርትራ ብደረጃ ዓለም 2ይቲ ኮይና ብደረጃ ኣፍሪቃ ድማ ቀዳመይቲ ዘመናዊ ባርነት ዝዝውተረላ እያ።
