The objectives of the UN Commission of Inquiry on Eritrea and ways of making its work a success were the main issues discussed at a public meeting in Geneva on Sunday, 21 September, organized by Swiss-Eritrean Youth for Progress and Solidarity (SEYPS) and endorsed by members of  Eritrean civic associations and political organizations in Switzerland.

The speakers were Ms Elsa Chyrum, director of the Human Rights Concern-Eritrea (HRC-E) and Ms Veronica Almedom, coordinator of activities of the newly formed SEYPS.


Ms Elsa Chyrum and youthful Veronica Almedom explained that the Inquiry Commission on Eritrea, which was established by the decision of the UN Human Rights Council, last June, aims to investigate and officially document the alleged human rights abuses of the Eritrean regime since its formation 23 years ago.

In her detailed clarifications, Ms Elsa Chyrum listed the abuses that have to be reported by all victims of the regime and their relatives and friends. She urged all sister organizations in the opposition camp to play effective roles in promoting the objectives of the Commission of Inquiry on Eritrea which is designed to report its findings within one year. “This is a rare chance for Eritreans to give a clear picture of their sad situation to the UN and the world at large”, she said invited all concerned to send their stories to the UN Commission of Inquiry or to the newly started HRC-E website on this important subject (WWW.coi-eritrea.orga) . Ms Veronica Almedom, raised and educated in Switzerland like many in the SEYPS, also made a lively presentation supported by power-point notes identifying the potential targets for Eritreans in Switzerland in their efforts to promote the work of the UN Commission of Inquiry on Eritrea. She stated that 4,823 Eritrean refugees asked asylum in Switzerland between January and August 2014 alone, thus raising the total of recent time Eritrean refugees in Switzerland to 22,674.

 The public awareness meeting in Geneva was attended by young refugees and members of civic associations and political organizations, among them EPDP members like the head of the party’s foreign office, Mr. Woldeyesus Ammar, and human rights activists like Dr. Daniel Rezene.

  On the 27th of June, 2014, the UN Human Rights Council established a Commission of Inquiry (COI) on Eritrea to investigate and officially document the systematic violations of human rights in Eritrea.

Together with other global human rights organizations, Human Rights Concern-Eritrea presented the request to the Human Rights Council to establish a Commission of Inquiry on Eritrea.

Eritrea: HRC Must Establish a Commission of Inquiry

We the undersigned are writing to call on the UN’s Human Rights Council to establish a Commission of Inquiry on the human rights situation in Eritrea given the ongoing gross and systematic human rights violations being committed by the government of Eritrea against its own people with total impunity, and its continuing policy of non-cooperation with the UN’s human rights mechanisms, including the UN Special Rapporteur on Eritrea.

We believe that the establishment of a Commission of Inquiry is imperative given the human rights violations recorded by the UN Special Rapporteur, as well as those attested to during each of Eritrea’s Universal Periodic Reviews, and in the extensive documentation compiled by NGOs and civil society groups over many years.

A Commission of Inquiry would significantly increase the international exposure and understanding of the situation in Eritrea, giving a voice to the vast numbers of suffering Eritreans, and ensuring that those complicit in these terrible yet hidden crimes are exposed and called to account.

In Eritrea:

·         There is no independent judicial process, unions cannot be formed, and political parties cannot be created.

·         There is no press freedom and all independent media organisations were closed in 2001 and journalists imprisoned.

·         Thousands of Eritreans are detained arbitrarily in inhumane conditions and on the flimsiest of pretexts, suffering routine deprivation, torture and extrajudicial execution.

·         There are no universities and young people face compulsory conscription into the military.

·         Army conscripts, including the under-aged, endure indefinite terms of service and suffer forced labour in development projects, farms, or the mining sector while receiving a negligible wage.

·         Female conscripts endure sexual abuse and harassment from senior army officers, and family members of national service absconders are targeted, extorted or imprisoned.

·         There is no religious freedom.

·         There are an estimated two to three thousand Christians detained indefinitely in Eritrea without charge or trial, and all are held pending a denial of faith.

·         In addition, Eritreans living abroad are obliged to pay 2% tax on all earnings to the authorities.

Eritrea’s continuing refusal to cooperate with the mandate is deeply unfortunate as doing so would indicate a genuine commitment towards improving its human rights record. Instead Eritrea indefinitely delays the implementation of UPR recommendations and persists in excusing its lack of progress by referencing the “no war, no peace” border situation. However, as stated in the recent Pastoral Letter issued by four of Eritrea’s courageous Catholic Bishops, “The true enemy of peace is injustice. Respect for persons, for their dignity and their rights is the corner-stone of peace.”

Thousands of Eritreans continue to flee the country each month, with unknown numbers falling victim to traffickers or suffering privations in detention centers in the Middle East and North Africa. Hundreds more continue to risk their lives crossing deserts and seas in pursuit of sanctuary from an all-encompassing repression.

In light of this situation, we strongly urge the Human Rights Council to adopt by consensus its draft resolution, including the provision for the establishment of a Commission of Inquiry and the renewal of the Special Rapporteur’s mandate.

እቲ ንህግደፍ ዝምርምር ኮሚሽን ዕድሚኡ ሓደ ዓመት ጥራይ ከምዝኾነን: ነዚ ዕድል እዚ ተጠቒምና ነቲ ተገይሩ ዝብሃል ፓለቲካውን ሰብኣውን ግህሰታት ስርዓት ኤርትራ ንዓለም ከነብርህ ኣበርቲዕና ክንሰርሕ ይግባእ ክብላ ኣሓት ኤልሳን ቨሮኒካን ናብ ኩሉ ተቓላሳይ ፍትሒ ተሪር ጻውዒት ኣቕሪበን።

The Turn of the Tide

The Context

From the get go, in an effort to consolidate his dictatorial regime, Issaias engaged  in a scheme of depriving political rights and atomizing the Eritrean society by introducing a series of draconian measures that overtime brought the breakdown of our families and communities, erosion of our values and freedoms, and depletion of our cultural strength and perseverance.

Moreover, in order to ensure the success and continuity of his dictatorial rule in Eritrea, he pursued a divide-and-rule strategy, and consequently over the last two decades steady changes have taken place in our country that gravitated towards separating and creating conflict between the older and younger generation. We know this has benefited nobody, but the regime of Issaias whose survival depends on pushing societal conflicts and divisions to the edge, be it among Eritrean social groups or among Eritrean youth.

In the same vein, the disunity and fracture we witnessed over the last two decades between the different actors in the Eritrean opposition political space has resulted in the loss of trust and confidence in their ability to deliver results, which further contributed to the atomization of the Eritrean society as well as a sense of defeatism and loss of hope in the psyche of Eritrean society. The fact is though these different and seemingly competing actors are in reality interdependent, in that they can neither do without one another nor unilaterally impose their respective preferred solution on others if they are to achieve their respective preferred objectives. It is with this understanding that EPDP has been calling upon the sprouting grass-root movements, Eritrean intellectuals and artists, human rights organizations, religious groups and institutions, and above all the Eritrean youth to extend guarantees not to undermine one another’s vital interest, but to cooperate and support one another’s efforts and coalesce into a “united front” against the dictatorial regime.

Against this backdrop, the Bologna festival 2014 is right on the currency and should be commended for its timely courageous stance. More than anything else, it has attempted to reverse the tide of generational and political differences, which is a positive headway in changing whatever negative perceptions had existed before between the two generations, and/or among the various forces who are engaged in the great battle to uproot the system of tyranny in our country.

Spearheaded and organized by various Eritrean youth groups and joined by a number of political organizations, civil society groups, and individual Eritreans, the Bologna festival of 2014 was a success in that it brought the older and the younger generation together for the first time, it brought new forces, and transcended the division that had seemingly existed between the liberation era generation and the present generation. The festival was also a loud voice and a strong reminder that our country and our people cannot be set free by a single group alone, but by a combined strength and concerted effort of everyone. In essence, the message of the festival was that we must all be (those who advocate for freedom and democracy) the owners of our democratic struggle by rejecting the virtue of uniqueness of one group over another or the act of praising of one generation over another; we must work together and inspire democracy, and ensure the continuity of our country that we love and paid very dearly for it. 

The Bologna festival was an eye opener on a number of national issues:

The Shift

By all reasonable measures, the Bologna festival 2014 has registered a shift in attitude, meaning the way we should understand one another; a shift in emphasis, meaning examining the approaches and views we have on the struggle. A shift in our politics, meaning understanding and learning the challenges and complexities of the Eritrean political map and how we address ourselves to the big task in front of us; a shift in the inter-generational communication/relationship, meaning sharing experiences and gaining a spur of positive changes and preparing our present generation to play its role in the establishment and defense of democracy, and continuity of our country, and above all a shift in the trajectory of our current struggle, meaning how we collectively should work towards formulating a comprehensive strategy to defeat the PFDJ dictatorship. 

The New Reality

The Eritrean younger generation, without exaggeration, is more sophisticated than many of us think. This generation: values the uniqueness and culture of its older generation, understands building intergenerational bridge that ensures the continuity of the country and its people’s unity for generations to come. This generation, like its predecessors, finally stepped in and began to take ownership of its future not by rejecting its older generation, but by forging ties and sharing experiences, which will greatly benefit our people as well as inspire the struggle for democracy and freedom in our country that would serve our future generations.    

Eritrean Women in the Festival

Unlike in the era of liberation for independence, in post independence of our country, Eritrean women’s participation and their role in the country has rapidly diminished under the regime of Issaias. What they achieved and died for during the liberation has been reversed and taken away. On the opposition side, the room for expanding the participation and representation of Eritrean women in the struggle has not been successful; in fact, there has been little effort and focus to date by the majority of Eritrean opposition forces to bring Eritrean women to the fore and make them part of the decision-making in the struggle against the PFDJ regime. The Bologna festival of 2014 has changed that and accommodated a large number of Eritrean women. This is a significant shift on the part of the opposition that amplifies the fundamental role of Eritrean women, as well as a long due recognition that Eritrean women represent half of Eritrea’s population, and that they must be visible in the fight against the evil regime in our country. The youth in particular and the opposition in general must continue to open the field for Eritrean women in a manner that the Eritrean women can assert their role for their political rights and civil rights, women’s rights, and equality in post PFDJ Eritrea.

The Declaration of the Festival

The Bologna festival has presented a wide range of central issues, covering the opposition strategies, the basis for forging unity among the Eritrean opposition forces/groups, the role of Eritrean women, and the unanimous endorsement of the May 2014 ‘Pretoria declaration and Bologna 2013”, and others. All the projects, the wealth of presentations/coverage of the state of affairs of our country that we have witnessed in the festival, as well as the incisive analysis and researches that resulted in a road map formulation are a groundbreaking shift in our struggle. In addition, the adoption of policies on how to follow up and implement the road map is another positive that indicates that this time we mean business. EPDP believes, now more than ever, the drive for change among Eritrean people is high. Hence, what we do next is very critical in that it could either further strengthen our struggle for democracy or not. Our option is to aim higher because as a country we are in much deeper crisis than most us recognize. 

Conclusion

It is important to remember that no single gathering will change the suffering of our people, though gathering is crucial and a starting point. In addition, EPDP understands from 20 years of experience that resolutions/declarations hardly prevail by themselves. But we have begun somewhere. The Bologna festival has articulated ideas, strategies, and visions that we think will accomplish the job - to get rid of the brutality and repression in our country. The big question is, unlike in the past two decades, are we ready this time to follow suit and translate our visions and ideas into concrete actions. EPDP believes that we cannot afford to pay witness to our repeated losing any longer; it is of no use articulating the evils of the PFDJ, and losing the battle all together. Bologna gathering must address such a fundamental recurring failings by wielding the will, determination, and commitment to achieving what was agreed in the festival, the road map. EPDP is determined to play its part.

ዝኸበርክንን ዝኸበርኩምን፡ በዚ ኣጋጠሚ ናይ ሎሚ መዓልቲ ንፖሎቲካውያን እሱራትና ክንዝክር ከሎና፡ እቲ ንሶም ምእንታኡ ዝተኣስርሉ ንክንፈትሖን ክንዕወተሉን ኣዝዩ ኣሸጊሩና ዘሎ ዓቢ ሃገራዊ ህመት ንኹልና ብሓባር እዩ ዝምልከተና፡ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ኣብ ሕቶ ምርግጋጽ መሬታዊ ናጽነትን ልዕላውነት ሃገርን ወላእኳ እንተ ተዓውተ፡ ንምርግጋጽ ዜጋዊ ሓርነታዊ መሰልን ማሕበራዊ ፍትሕን ማዕርነትን ንምብጻሕ  ግን ጌና ኣብ መስርሕ ቃልሲ ኢዩ ዝርከብ።

ሕብረተሰብ ኤርትራ ኣብ ዘርኣዮ ናይ ሰላሳ ዓመት ተባዕ ቃልሱ ኣዝዩ ፍሉይን እምብዛ ዘኹርዕን ዘሕብንን ክኸውን ከሎ፡ ኣብ ፓሎቲካዊ ተመኩሮኡ ዝተሞርኮሰ ብከቢድ መስዋእቲ ብሉጻት ደቁ ከፊሉ  ኣብ 1991 ናጽነት ክጓናጸፍ፡  ኣብ 1993 ብረፈረንዱም ኣቢሉ ልኡላውነት ሃገር ክረጋገጽ ከሎ፡ ኣብ 1994 ናይቲ በብእዋኑ ኣብ ግዜ ብረታዊ ቃልሲ ዝካየድ ዝነበረ ብሓፍሽኡ ናይ ሰውራና ጉባኤታት  መቐጺልትኡ  ኣብ ናቕፋ ሳልሳይ ወድባዊ ጉባኤ ተኻይዱ ውጽኢቱ ዘኹርዕን ዘሕብንን ዝመስል ዝነበረ፡ ማለት ኣብ ንጹር ራኢ ዝተሞርኮሰ ብደሞክራሲያዊ ኣገባብ ሃገራዊ ባይቶ (ሓጋጊ ኣካል) ክመርጽ ከሎ ቀንዲ ሓላፍነት ዝወሰደሎም ዛዕባታት እንተ ነይሮም ህዝቢ ዝተቐበሎ ቅዋም ክዳሎ ብመሰረት ቅዋም ከኣ ብዙሕነት ሰልፊ ክህሉ ነጻ ፕረስ ክስረሓሉ ዶሞክራውን ማሕበራዊ ፍትሕን ዝነግሰሉ ኩሉ ኤርትራዊ ዜጋ ኣብ ልምዓትን ዕብየት ሃገርን ዝሳተፈሉ ዝብል ንጹር ራእይ ምንባሩ ናይ ብሓቂ ኣዝዩ  ዘኹርዕ እኳ እንተ ነበረ  ይኹን'ምበር ኩሉ እቲ ዘካየዶ ቃልሲ ውጽኢቱ ንረብሓ እቲ ዝተቓለሰ ሰፊሕ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ከምቲ ትጽቢት ዝተገብረሉ ክትግበር ዘይምኽኣሉ ኣዝዩ ዘሕዝን ዘሕፍርን ክይኑ እቶም  ናብኡ ከብጽሑ ዝኸኣሉ ቀንዲ ጠንቅታትን ዕንቅፋታትን  ክንገልጾም ኣንተ ዅና ኸኣ ማለት፡-

1.  ብመሰርት ውሳኔ ጉባኤ ናቕፋ ንውሳኔኡ ንምትግባር፡ ምህራት ናይ ሕጊ ሰብ ሞያን  ኣብዚ መዳይ'ዚ ሃብታም ተሞኩሮ ዝነብሮም ብውፍያት ኤርትራውያን ተጋደልትን ካልኦትን፡ ኮሚሽን ቅዋም ቆይሙ፡ ኣብ ተሞኩሮታት ናይ ዝተፋላለያ ሃገራት ዝተሞርኮሰ ድህሰሳን ገይሩ ሰነዳት ተወኪሱ ድሕሪ እኹል መጽናዕቲ ምግባር ናብ ህዝቢ ወሪዱ ዳርጋ ልዕሊ ክልተ ዓመት ዝውሰደ መስርሕ ቁዋም፡ ብህዝቢ ርጡብ ክትዕ ተኻይዱ ኣብ ርእይቶኡን ሓቀኛ ድልየቱን ዝተሞርኮሰ ተጻፊፉ ተዳልዩ፡ ከም መሰጋገሪ ቅዋም ዝበዝሐ ህዝቢ ብነጻ ድልየቱ ዝተቐበሎ ከምቲ ዝድለ ኣብ ባይታ ንኽትግበር ኣብ ኣዳራሽ ምምሓዳር ከተማ ኣስመራ ኣብ መወዳእታ ናይ 1996 ኩሎም ኣባላት ባይቶ ሃገርን፡ መራሕቲ ሃይማኖትን ዲፕሎማሴኛታትን ዓበይቲ ዓድን ዝተረኽብሉ ዓቢ ጽምብል ተኻይዱ፡  ብኮምሽን ዝተዳለወ ቅዋም ንኽትግበር እቲ ሰነድ ናብ ኢድ ፕራሲደንት እሰያስ ተረኪቡ።

2.   ካብቲ ግዜ'ቲ ብዘይ ንጹር ምኽንያት እቲ ተጀሙሩ ዝነበረ ናብ ራብዓይ ጉባኤ ዘብጽሕ ምድላዋት ኣደስኪሉዎ፡ ነዚ ዕመም'ዚ ንምስልሳል ቆይመን ዝነበራ ዝተፋላለያ ኮሚቲታት ውን ብውልቃዊ ውሳኔኡ   ደው ኣቢሉወን።

3.   ኣብ ኩሉ ኣርባዕተ ውርሒ ናይ ማእከላይ ሽማግለ ሃዝባዊ ግምባር፡ ኣብ ኩሉ ሹዱሽተ ወርሒ ናይ ሃገራዊ ባይቶ ክካይድ ዝነበሮ ስሩዕ ኣኼባ ውን ደው  ኣቢሉዎ፡

4.   ዓበይትን ተኣፈፍትን ንሃገር ዝምልከቱ ጉዳያት ብዘይ ኣፍልጦ ሃገራዊ ባይቶ፡      ከም ንዑኡ ዝመስሎ ውሳኔታት ክወስድ  ምጅማሩ፡

5.   ብዘይ ኣፍልጦ ሓጋግን፡ ፈራድን ፈጻምን ኣካል ንገለ ናብ ዝተፋለለዩ ዝለዓሉ ጽፍሕታት ክምድብን፡ ንገለ ከደስክልን ንገለ ክኣስርን ውን ብቐጻሊ ወልቃዊ ውሳኔኡ ይወስድ ምንባሩ፡

6.   ኣብመጎ ኤርትራን ኢትዮጽያን  ዘይተደልየ ሃንደበታዊ ኲናት ዝተወለዐ ንምግጣሙ ይኹን ምእላዩ ሃገራዊ ባይቶ ሓላፍነት ክወስደሉ ዝግባእ ነዚ ግምት ከይህበ ንህጹጽ ስሩዕን ኣኼባ ከይጸወዐ  ብውልቁ  ንህልዊን ኣስጋእን ኩነታት ግምት ከይሃበ ዘይተጸንዑ ቁልጡ ውሳኔታት ምውሳዱ፡  እሞ ኣንፈቶም ንሃገር ናብ ሓደጋ ዘውድቑ ምንባሮም፡ ነዞም ዝተጠቕሱ ዓበይትን ተኣፈፍትን ጉዳይት ንምርኣይ ገለ ካብ ኣባላት ማእከላይ ሽማግለ ህዝባዊ ግንባር ነዚ ዘስተባሃሉ ተማያይጦም እቲ ግዜኡ ሓሊፉ ዝነበረ ስሩዕ ኣኼባ ማእከላይ ሽማግለን ሃገራዊ ባይቶምን ነቶም ተቐልቂሎም ዝነበሩ ሓደሽቲ ዘስግኡ ኩነታት ብዕቱብ ተራእዮም ተገምጊሞም ነቶም ኣሉታዊ ሸነኻት ኣሊኻ ናብ ኣወንታውን ኣድምዕን ንምቕያሮም ምእንቲ እዮም ኣቶም ንልዕሊ 25 ዓመት ላዕለዋይ ጽፍሒ ሒዞም ተቓሊሶም ዘቃለሱ ገዳም ተጋደልቲ ብጉጅለ 15 ዝፍለጡ ኣባላት ማእከላይ ሽማግለ ፈርመኦም ኣንቢሮም ንኣኼባ ምሕታት ከም ኣባላት ባይቶ ንኽሓቱ ሕጊ ዘፍቅዶ መሰለሎም ምኻኑ ኣይሰሓትን።

ውጽኢቱ ግን ኣብ ክንዲ ነቲ ጠለብ ግምት ተዋሂብዎ ምእንቲ ድሕነት ሃገር ኣወንታዊ መልሲ ዝወሃቦ፡ ነቲ ሰፊሕ ህዝቢ ዝጽበዮ ዝነበረ ኣወንታዊ መልሲ ገዲፉ ብውልቃዊ ውሳኔኡ ኣብ ልዕሊ እቶም ኣባላት ማእከላይ ሽማግለን ካልኦት ገዳይም ውፍያት ኣብ ቀዳምይ ደረጃ ዝስርዑ ካድራትን ናይ ማእሰርቲ ስጉምቲ ክወስድ ምጅማሩ ክሳብ ሕጂ ውን ይቕጽሎ ምህላዉ ነዚ ናይሎሚ መዓልቲ ንምዝካር ተኣከብናሉ  ዘሎና መብል 13 ዓመት ዘብርሆን ዘረጋግጾን ሓቂ እዩ።

  

ዝኸበርኩምን ዝኸበርክንን፡ ኣብ ዓለምና ኣብ ዝተፋላለዩ እዋን ብዙሓት ውልቀ መለኽቲ ተራእዮም ኣዮም እዚ ኣብ ሃገርና ዘሎ ንደርጋ 25 ዓመት ክጋደል ዝጸንሐ ሎሚ እቲ ሓቀኛ ባህርያቱ ተቐሊዑ ሓደ ካብቶም ግናያት ናይ'ዚ ዘሎናዮ ዘመን ዝኸፍአ ውልቀ መላኺ ከም ዝኾነ እዚ ኣብ ልዕሊ ኤርትራን ህዝባን ዘውርዶ ዘሎ ንክትገልጾ ዘጸግም ግፍዕታት ባዕሉ ዘብርሆ ሓቂ'ዩ፡ እምበኣር ነዚኦም ኣብ ግምት ኣእቲና ካብኣቶም ክንመሃረሉ ንኽእል እንተሃልዮም፡ ኣብ ዘመናዊ ታሪኽ ናይ ሓርነታዊ ቃልሲ ህዝብታት ዓለምና መዳርግቲ ዘይብሎም ብኣወንታ ዝግለጹ ተሞኩሮታትን ዓወታትን፡ ከም ዘለዉ  ኣይሰሓትን ፡ ይኹን እምበር ሕብረተሰብ ኤርትራ ኣዝዩ ዝተሓላለኸን ከቢድ ዋጋ ዝኸፈለሉ ሰውራ ኣካይዱ ሃገር ወኒኑ መንግስቲ ወላኳ እንተኣቖመ ናይ መጻኢ ዕድላቱ ጽልግልግ ዝበለ ዘደናግር መታን ከይከውን ዋሕስ ክንገብረሉ ዝግባእ ዋንነት ስልጣን ንረብሓ ሰፊሕ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ጌና ክንበጽሖ ስለ ዘይከኣልና፡ ሎሚ ኢርትራ ኣብ እዝዮም ግናያት ዝኾኑ  ንኽትገልጾም ዘጸግሙ ኣእዳው ውሑዳት ደቂ ሃገር ኢና በሃልቲ ውልቀሰባት ወዲቓ ትሳቐ  ምህላዋ ንኹልና ብሩህ እዩ። እዚ እዩ እቲ ጌና ዘይተዓወትናሉ መዳያት ክበሃል ዝከኣል። ናይዚ ዝተጠቕሰ ዘይምዕዋት ከም ሳዕቤናቱ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ኣብዚ እዋን’ዚ ከቢድ ዋጋታት ይኸፍል ከም ዘሎ ኩሉ ዝፈልጦን ዝሻቐለሉ ዘሎን ሓቂ እዩ ከም ውጽኢት ናይ’ዚ ተግባር’ዚ ኸኣ እዚ ንርእዮን ንሰምዖን ዘሎና መብዛሕተኦም ናይ ኣብ ከባቢ ናጽነት ዝተወልዱ መንእሰያት ዜጋታትና ካብቲ ናይ ዝሓለፉ ባዕዳዊያን ጸላእትና ዝኽፍአ፡ ብምልካዊ ስርዓት ህ.ግ.ደ.ፍ.  ዝወርዶም ዘሎ ግፍዕን እከይ ተግባራትን ሂወትቶም ከድሕኑ ክብሉ ተገዲዶም ዝወስድዎ ዘሎዉ ስጉምቲ ኣብ ጉዕዞኦም ዝጓነፎም ዘሎ ካብ ኩሉና ክውል ኣይኮነን፡ ነዚ ክንርእን ክንስምዕን ከሎና ከምሰባት እንታይ ዓይነት ሕልና ክህልወና ይግባእ ንዝብል ሕቶ ኩልና ደቂ ሃገር ሻቕሎት ጥራሕ ዘይኮነ ኣብ ሕልና ዝተሞርኮሰ ዘላቒ ፍታሕ ከነናዲየሉ ዝጽበየና ዘሎ  ዓቢ ሃገራዊ ዕማም  ከም ዝኾነ ንኹሉና ብሩህ እዩ። 

 እምበኣር ነዚ ኣብ ግምት ኣእቲና ሕድገታት ጌርና ንሃገር ቀዳምነት ሂብና ኣብ ድልዱል ሓድነት ሃዝቢ ዝተሞርኮሰ ሓድሽ ማሕበራዊ ሰውራ ንምህናጽ ሰላምን ፍትሕን ራህዋን ዝሰፈና ሃገርን ሕብረተሰብን ንኽንከውን ብተግባር ክንብገስን ክንቃለስን ይግባኣና፡ እዚ ሕጂ ከነካይዶ ዝግበኣና ማሕበራዊ ሰውራ ኣገዳስነቱ ካብቲ ኣብ ኣዋን ሓርነታዊ ቃልሲ ዘሰላሰልናዮ ቃልሲ ዝንእስ ኣይኮነን ብኣንጻሩ ከምዚ ንርእዮን ንዕዘቦን ዘሎና ዝተሓላለኹን ኣዝዮም ከበድቲ ብድሆታት ከጋጥሙና እዮም። ንሕብረተሰብ ኤርትራ ጉዳይ ምርግጋጽ ሰላምን ራህዋን ምዕሩይ ዝኾነ ቁጠባዊ ኣተዕዳድላን ከምኡ ዉን ንማሕበራዊ ኣገልግሎት ዝምልከት፡ ማዕረ ዕዳላ ምርግጋጽ ሰብኣውን ዲሞክራሲያውን መሰላት ዝተማልአ ተሳትፎ ኣብ ምውሳን ጉዕዞ ሃገሩን ምምሕያሽ ነገራውን መንፈሳውን ባህላውን ድልየታቱን ጠለባቱን ብዝተሓተ ደረጃ ዝረጋገጸሉ ህመት እንተዘይ ፈጢርናሉ ኤርትራ ንውሉድ ወሎዶ ወትሩ ኣብ ናይ ጽልግልግ ጎደና ሓደጋታት ዝተሰጥሐት ኮይና ክትርፍ ማለት፡ ንዓና ነቶም ንነዊሕ ዝተቓለስና ዓቢ ታሪኻዊ ሓላፍነት ኮይኑ መልሲ ክንረኽበሉ ዝብደሃና ዘሎ ግዙፍ ሓገራዊ  ህመት ከምዝኾነ ውን ኣይሰሓትን።

ዝኺበርኩምን ዝኸበክንን፡ ስርዓት ህ.ግ.ደ.ፍ. ብመላእ ሕብረተሰብ ኤርትራ ተቓባልነት ከምዘይብሉ እዚ ናይ መንእሰያት ክሳብ ትሕቲ ዕድመ ከይተረፉ  ብኣሻሓት ገዲፎሞ ናብ ስግር ዶብ ዝጓዕዙ ዘሎዉ ብቑዕ ምስክር እዩ፡ እሞኸደኣ ስለምንታይ ዕድመ ናይዚ ሽፍታ መንግስቲ ነዊሑ ንዝብል ሕቶ፡ ብርእይቶይ፡ ስለስተ ረቛሒታት ክጥቀሱ ይኻሉ፡-

1 ኣብ ውሽጢ ኤርትራ ኣብ ሰራዊት ምክልኻል ይኹን ህዝቢ ብዝተጸንዐን ዝተወደበን ሓያል ናይ ተቓውሞ ስርርዕ ዛጊት ዘይ ምህላው፡

2 ኣብ ዲያስፖራ ዝርከብ ሓይልታት ተቓውሞ ኣብ ክንዲ ትርጉም ዘብሉ ብኣሉታ ዝግለጽ ናይ ውድባት ምርባሕ ደምበ ኮይኑ ኮለል ዝብል፡ ንጹር ራኢ ሃልዩዎ  ሓድነቱ ኣደልዲሉን ኣረጋጊጹን ሓያል ግንባር ፈጢሩ ክቃለስ ዘይምኽኣሉ፡

3 ማሕበረሰብ ዓለም ብውድቡን ሕግታቱን ኣቢሉ ኣብልዒ'ዚ ሽፍታ መንግስቲ ምስ'ቲ ዝረአ ዘሎ ንሕግታት ዓለም ዝጻረር ምግሃስ ሰብእዊ መሰልን እንዳረኣየ  ዝኾነ ጸቕጢ ከይገበረ ትም ኢሉ ምርኣዩ፡

4 ብመሰረት ስምምዕ ኣልጅሪ ዶብ ተሓንጺጹ ከብቅዕ ክሳብ ሕጂ ንልዕሊ ዓሰርተ ዓመት ብዘይ ብቑዕ ምኽንያት ደስኪሉ ምህላዉ፡ ከምዚኦም ዝኣምሰሉ ጉዳያት እዮም ንዕኡ ኣሻዲኖም ምልካውነቱ ክናዋሕ ኣኽኢሎሞ ዘሎዉ።

እዚ ክብል ከሎኹ ካብ እንውንኖ ሃብታም ተመኩሮን ናይ ነዊሕ ቃልስናን ከምኡ  ውን ብቐረባ ናይ ጎረባብትና መንግስትታን ሕብረተሰባትን፡ ሃገራት ዓለምና ዝሓለፍኦን ዘጋጠመንን ዘሎ ዝተሓላለኸ ሽግራተን ብምርኣይን ምንቃልን እቲ ሓደጋታት ንዓና ውን ኣብ ቅድሜና ተገቲሮም ዝብድሁና ዘሎዉ፡  ኣብ ንራብሓ ህዝቢ ዘይምልከት ህውታታ ንኾልል ከይንህሉ ኣዝዩ ዘስክፍ እዩ። ወትሩ ኣብ ግዝየን ዝተፋላለዩ ኩነታት ዝቀያየሩ ወድዓውን ባዕላውን ተርእዮታት ክቕልቀሉ ይኽእሉ እዮም፡ ነዚኦም ከምዚ ብሽም ተቓውሞ ዝረአ ዘሎ ኣብ ምውዳቕ ስርዓት ህግደፍ ክሕግዙና ዘይከኣሉ ጸቢብ ኣተሓሳስባ እሞ ንታሪኽን ቃልሲ ሰፊሕ ህዝብና ዘይውክል፡ ብሽም ዶሞክራሲ ናይ ወገሐ ጸብሐ ናይ ውድባት ምርባሕን ምምቕቓልን  ከዕውተና ስለ ዘይከኣሉ ብሃገራዊ ሕልና ብዑምቀት ፈሊጥና፡ ንጹር ራእይን ሃልዩና  ቃልስና ኣመዓራሪና፡  ኣብኡ ዝተሞርኮሰ ድልየትን ሕልምን እንተዘይብልና ነቲ ብሕልናናን ኣካልናን ንሓስቦ ዘሎና ሃገራዊ ስትራተጂካዊ መደባትና ክንበጽሖን ከነዐውቶን ከምዘይበቓዕና እዚ ዝረአ ዘሎ ኩኑታት ተቓውሞና ብቑዕ ምስክርነት እዩ።

እምበኣር ነዞም ኩሉም ዝተጠቕሱ ኣብ ግምት ኣእቲና ብሓድሽ ቅዲ ክንብገስ ናይ ዝሓልፈን ህልውን ብቑዕ ገምጋም ክንገብር ካብኡ ተበጊስና ኣብ ንጹር ሃገራዊ ራኢ ዝተሞርኮሰ ሓያል ግንባር ክንፈጥር መድረኽ ይሓተና ከም ዘሎ ኣይሰሓትን ብፍላይ ንመንእሰይ ኣብ መሪሕ ግዴኡ ዝተሞርኮሰ ኣወንታውን ኣድማዕን ተረኡ መታን ክጻወት ካብ እንውንኖ ሃብታም ተሞኩሮና ተበጊስና ነተባብዓዮም ንሓግዞም ክብል ከሎኹ ህልዊ መንእሰይ ከኣ ናቱ ተበጉሶ ውሲዱ ሓድነቱ ኣደልዲሉ ናይ ለውጢ ሰውራ ከካይድ ግዜኡ እዩ  እንዳበልኩ ሓሳበይ  ቅድሚ ምድምዳም ኩሎም ፖሎቲካውያን እሱራትና ሓብርቲ ጽንዓትናን ቃልስናን እዮም ኣስሮም ተኸቲልና ጉዕዞ ቃልስና ክንቅጽሎ ኢና።

في بيانه الذي أدان فيه انتهاك ارتريا لحقوق الانسان أحيى الاتحاد الاوربي ذكرى اعتقال الصحفي السويدي ارتري الأصل/ داويت إساق المعتقل في ارتريا منذ 2001م. وأعرب البيان عن قلق الاتحاد البالغ إزاء استمرار ارتريا في انتهاكاتها لحقوق الانسان، وخص البيان بالذكر الانتهاكات المتعلقة بالحريات الأساسية كحرية الرأي والضمير والاعتقاد.

من جهةٍ أخرى دعا البيان الحكومة الارترية بالإفراج الفوري أو محاكمة السجناء السياسيين من كبار مسئولي النظام والصحفيين بما فيهم إساق والذين يقبعون وراء القضبان لسنوات عديدة دون توجيه تهمة أو تقديم للمحاكمة.

بعث حزب الشعب الديمقراطي الارتري برسالة تهنئة للسيد/ إستيفن لوفن رئيس الحزب الاشتراكي الديمقراطي السويدي بمناسبة فوزه في الانتخابات السويدية مؤخراً. هذا ويجري الحزب الآن المشاورات مع القوى السياسية المقاربة له برامجياً لكي يكون حكومته الائتلافية.

في رسالته لرئيس الحزب الصديق والمرشح الآن لرئاسة الحكومة السويدية الجديدة أكد الأخ/ منقستئاب أسمروم رئيس حزب الشعب الديمقراطي الارتري أنه علي ثقة بأن الحزب السويدي العريق الذي حقق علي مدى ثمانين عاماً أضخم الإنجازات علي كافة الأصعدة بإمكانه اليوم أيضاً أن يسجل المزيد من الإنجازات الكمية والنوعية.

تضمنت رسالة حزبنا شرحاً وافياً للوضع الارتري الداخلي المنهار، وأن ذلك يستدعي أن تقف كل الجهات الصديقة للشعب الارتري مع القوى المدنية والسياسية المعارضة للنظام القائم في ارتريا وتمنحها الدعم الذي كان مسخراً للتنمية في ارتريا والذي تم تجميده بسبب السياسات الخرقاء للنظام الدكتاتوري في اسمرا.

في الرسالة شكر أسمروم للحزب الصديق اتخاذه في مؤتمره رقم ( 37 ) قرارين هامين يتعلقان بقضايا الشعب الارتري، ألا وهما حرمان نظام الهقدف في اسمرا من الضرائب والأتاوات التي ظل يفرضها علي الارتريين من أصلٍ سويدي وتقديم كل الدعم والمؤازرة للقوى البديلة للنظام من القوى المدنية الديمقراطية المعارضة.

يجدر بالذكر أن وفد حزبنا لملتقى تحالف الأحزاب التقدمية العالمي الذي عقد بالعاصمة السويدية/ إستوكهولم في أكتوبر 2013م كان قد التقى بكلٍّ من رئيس الحزب لوفن ومسئول خارجيته السيدة آن ليند، حيث تعهد الوفد السويدي بتقديم كل الدعم الممكن للنضال الارتري من أجل الديمقراطية والعدالة الاجتماعية.

أحيت قواعد فرع حزب الشعب الديمقراطي الارتري بفرانكفورت الألمانية وضواحيها ذكرى سبتمبر 1961م، ذكرى انطلاقة الكفاح الارتري التحرري المسلح، أحيتها بعقد اجتماع حضره وشارك فيه كلٌّ من الأخ/ منقستئاب أسمروم رئيس الحزب وعدد من أعضاء المجلس المركزي للحزب.

  بعد الترحيب بالحضور قدم السيد/ حجي صالح سعيد رئيس الفرع السيد/ منقستئاب أسمروم رئيس الحزب لكي يتحدث عن المناسبة الوطنية التاريخية التي كانت موضوع الحديث في ذلك الاجتماع.

قدم أسمروم التهنئة المزدوجة للشعب الارتري بمناسبة الفاتح من سبتمبر كيوم يؤرخ لبداية انطلاق الكفاح الارتري التحرري المسلح ومن ناحية أخرى باعتبار ذات اليوم بداية للسنة الجئزية الجديدة وهي المناسبة التي يحتفل بها قطاع كبير جداً من الشعب الارتري.

عن انطلاقة النضال الارتري قال اسمروم إن الثورة التحررية التي تأسست بقيادة البطل الشهيد/ عواتي وبضعة أشخاص من رفاقه الأشاوس عزفت وتراً وطنياً حساساً في قلوب الشعب الارتري لذا سرعان ما انتشر تأثيرها في كافة أنحاء ارتريا، فعمَّــتْ خلال 13 – 15 عاماً كل أرياف منطقة المنخفضات وصعدت الي مرتفعات ارتريا وحصرت الجيش الاثيوبي الاستعماري في عدد من المدن الكبرى والهامة كالعاصمة والمواني.

 أضاف أسمروم أن مطالب شعبنا الأساسية تتمثل في الحرية، الأمن، العدل والاستقرار. ومن أجل هذه المطالب الانسانية السامية قدم شعبنا عشرات الألوف من الشهداء والمعاقين ومئات الآلاف من اللاجئين والمشردين، ولا يخلو اليوم بيتٌ ارتري إلا وله شهيد أو معاق أو لاجئ ومشرد عن دياره مكرهاً.

 وبتراكم نضالات جميع قطاعات الشعب الارتري استطاع شعبنا أن يحرر بلاده من الوجود الاستعماري في مايو 1991م، هذه الذكرى تبعث لدينا مشاعر وأحاسيس مزدوجة، شعور بالفرح نابع من ارتياحنا وسرورنا لتحرير بلادنا من براثن الاستعمار البغيض، وشعور بالحزن وخيبة الأمل أمام ما حل محل المستعمر الأجنبي من عصابة دكتاتورية تذيق شعبنا شتى أنواع المعاناة في الداخل والخارج. وحضور هذا الاجتماع من الشباب بالذات مثال حي من ضحايا تلك المعاناة وأضاف يقول موجهاً حديثه للشباب: إن نضالنا التحرري كان من أجل أن تسعدوا أنتم أيها الشباب وتنعموا بالعيش أعزاء كراماً في بلادكم لا أن تـُــهانوا وتـُــشرَّدُوا وتفنوا زهرة أعماركم مشردين متفرقين في أصقاع العالم تعانون كل صنوف المعاناة والقهر. لذلك علينا جميعاً التعاون والتكاتف من أجل اجتثاث نظام الهقدف الذي صنع كل هذه المعاناة لجميع أفراد الشعب وبخاصة الشباب.

وواصل حديثه للشباب قائلاً: إن الجيل المتقدم قد أدى رسالته وهو اليوم في خريف العمر، لذا علي جيل اليوم، أي الشباب، المحافظة علي السيادة الوطنية التي تحققت بفضل نضالات الأجيال السابقة وإرساء النظام الديمقراطي الدستوري الذي يوطد السلم والأمن والاستقرار ويحقق العدالة والرخاء. علماً أن مثل هذه المناسبات التاريخية الهامة يجب أن تكون مناسبةً لتجديد العهد للتصدي لقضايا الديمقراطية والشعب والوطن.

بعد ذلك تم تنبيه الحضور الي ضرورة المشاركة في التظاهرة الوطنية التي ستجرى في الثاني من اكتوبر 2014م الذكرى الأولى لمأساة لامبيدوزا والحرص علي إنجاحها بحشد أكبر عدد لها.

في الختام طرحت شؤون الفرع من تنبيهات وتعليمات بواسطة السيدة/ فيبن قديوون مسئولة الشؤون التنظيمية للفرع واختتم الاجتماع أعماله بالوقوف دقيقة حداد علي أرواح الشهداء.

ሰንበት ዕለት 14-09-2014 ፓል ሓርነት ንኣቶ ዳኒኤል ገብረሚካኤል ብዛዕባ ናይ ቦሎኛ ገምጋም ንኽህብ ኣብ ዝሓለፈ ግዚያት ዕድመ ተገይሩሉ ኣብ ዝነበረ ዝዝከር እዩ።

ብወገኑ ነቲ ዕድመ ተቐቢሉ ነዚ ዝስዕብ ኣቕሪቡ። ኣብዚ ዕለት እዚ ሓዲሽ ንመጀመርያ ናይ ተሓባቢርካ ምስራሕ ተበግሶ ፓል (Eritrea Degena and Teshamo Forum) እውን ተጸንቢርዎ ክልትኡ ፓላት ብዝተወሃሃደ መገዲ ኣብ ክልትኡ ገዛ ብምዝርጋሕ ናይ ክልትኡ መስኮት ዝቐረበ መደረ ክሰምዑን ሕቶን ርእይቶን  ከቕርቡን ተኻኢሉ።

እዚ ዓይነት ኣሰራርሓ ብሓቂ ነዘን ክልተ ፓላት ጥራይ  ዘይኮነ ካልኦት እውን ኽጽንበርኦን ኣብቲ ኣድላዪን ኣገዳሲ እዩ ዝበልኦ ንተኸታተልትን መጋቢ፣ ነቲ ተረሓሒቑ ወይ ዘየድሊ ኣብ ነንሓድሕድካ ምጽልላማት ደምሳሲ፣ ንሓያል መድያ ብስነምግባር ዝግዛእ መደብ መራኸቢ ብዙሃን ሓጋዝን  መጀመርታን እዩ ዘሪኡ። ስለዚ ሓደ ስጉምቲ ንቕድሚት ስለዝኾነ ክቕጽል ብዙሕ ተስፋ ይግብረሉ። ነዚ ዘማእከለት ካብ ፓል ሓርነት ወይዘሮ ኣድያም ተፈራ ክትከውን ከላ ሓው ተስፋይ ካሕሳይ ድማ ተሓጋጋዚ ብምዃን ነቲ ፓል ኣካይዶሞ።

ወይዘሮ ኣድያም ተፈራ ንዕዱም ጋሻ ናብ ሰማዕቲ ክልቲኡ ፓላት ቅድሚ ምቕራባ፣ እዚ ናይ ክልቲኤን ፓላት ሓባራዊ ስራሕ ንድሌት ዱልዱልን ኤቲካዊ ሕጊ ዝግዛእ መድያ ንምብጻሕ መገዲ ስለዝኸፍት ብወገነይ ንፓል ተሻሞ የመስግን። እዚ እቲ ክንበጽሖ ዘሎና መደብ ስራሕ ወይ ዕዮ ስለዝኾነ ቅሩብነት እነሆ ይርአ። ኣብ ቀጻሊ እውን ተራኺብና ነተን ካልኦት ዘልዋ መሳዅቲ ምምሕዳራት ብምርኻብ ናይ ምውህሃድ ስርሓትን ንኹልና ዝኣስር ሕልናዊ ሕጊ ኣቝምና ክንህቦ እንኽእል ናይ እሩም ዜና፡ ትምህርቲ፡ መደብ ዘተ  ንፍትሕን ንዲሞክራስን ልኡላውንት ሃገርን ህዝብን ግዝኣተ ሕግን ክቅራረቡ ዝግበር ዕዮታት ዓቢ ግደ ክዕወት ጥራይ ዘይኮነስ እቲ እወንታዊ ስራሕ ሚድያ እውን ነማልእ ኣለና ማለት እዩ።

እምበኣርከስ ናብ ሓው ዳንኤል ገብረምኪኤል ብምምላስ እዚ ንጡፍ ዕጉስ ውሕሉል ሓው ከም ትፈልጥዎ ንቦሎኛ ፎርም 2014 እውን  ሓላፍነት ካብ ቦሎኛ 2013 ተዋሂቦም ዝቀረቡ ብዙሓት ግዱሳት ኤርትራውያን ኮይኑ ነዛ ሽማግለ እውን ምስ መሳርሕቱ ዘማእክለ ጥራይ ዘይኮነስ ንቦሎኛ 2014 ሰለሰተ መዓልቲ ዝተጋበኤ ፎርም  እውን ከም ኣወሃሃዲ ከፊቱ ኣብ መደምደምታኡ ዘብጸሐ እዩ።

ስለዚ ካብኡ ንላዕሊ ውዕሎ ዘተ- ከመይ ነይሩ ከመይከ ደምዲሙ ዝብል ሕቶ ክምልስ ዝኽእል እውን እዩ። ከዘኻኽር ዝደልዮ እንተሃልዩ ዳንኤል ኣብ ፓል ሓርነት መጺኡ መግለጺ ትሕዝቶ ቦሎኛ ፎርም 2014 ኣመቱን ክበጽሖ ዝደሊ መደብ ዕዮታት ኣብሪሁ ስለዝነበረ፡ ፓል ሓርነት ብተገዳስነት ድሕሪ ምስምዑ ዘድሊ ሓበረታን ለበዋታትን ኣቕሪቡ ምስ ወደአ ገምጋም ክበና ክንዕድሞ ምዃንና ቃል የእትይዎ ስለዝነበረ ነዚ ውዑል እዚ ኣኽቢሩ ብፓል ሓርነት ዕድመ ብምስታፍ፣ ፓል ተሻሞ ዝተወሰኾ እንሆ ኣብ ቅድሜና ይርከብ።

ስለዚ ንዝተዋህቦ ሕድሪ ኣኽቢሩ ምምጽኡ ብሽም ክልቲኡ ፓል ምስጋና እናቕርብኩ ማይክሮፎን ንጋሻና ቅድሚ ምስግጋር ናይ ሓደ ደቂቕ ንዝኽሪ ንኹሎም ስውኣትና ሕልናዊ ጸሎት ብምግባር ንኽጅምር ብድሕሪኡ ብቕጥታ ማይክረፎን ንሓው  ዳንኤል ተመሓላሊፉ።

ካብዚ ብምቕጻል መደረኡ ቅድሚ ምጅማር ነዚ ተበግሶ ናይ ክልቲኡ ሩማት ብኣድናቖት ጥራይ ዘይኮነስ፣ እቲ ካብ ነዊሕ ዝጸዓረሉ ዝነበረ ጐደና ሓቢርካ ምስራሕ ተጀሚሩስ እዚ ክልትኡ ብሓባር ክሰማማዕ ምብቃዑ ኣዝየ ልባዊ ምስጋና እየ ዘቕርብ። እቲ ናይ ቦሎኛ ተበግሶ እውን እዚ እዩ ነይሩ እቲ ድሌቱ ኩሎም ደቂ ሃገር ካብ ውልቀ ጀሚርካ ብእርኑብ ተወዲቦም ንፍትሕን ዲሞክራስን ዝቃለሱ ሓባራዊ ስራሕ ውህደት ምርድዳእ ዘተ ምስ ዘዘውትሩ ንዕላምኦም ከም ዘዕውትዎ ኩላትና ንፈልጦ እይ እሞ እንደገና የመስግን።

 ኣነ ኣብዚ መጺኤ መብርሂ ዓውደ ስራሕ ቦሎኛ ፎርም ፍጻሜታቱን መደባቱን ከምቲ ኣቕዲማ ሓብቲ ኣድያም ዝሓበረቶ ካብቶም ዘዳለዉን ንምክንዋኑ ዝተሳተፍኩ ኣብ ምውህሃድ ድማ ብዓቕመይ ግደይ ዝማላእኩ ስለዝኾንኩ ከምኡ ኣውን እታ ዝሃብክዋ ሕድሪ ንምምላእ ኣምበር ወግዓዊ መግለጺ በቶም ንዕኦም ዘርኢ ክውጽእ ምዃኑ እየ ዝፈልጥ። ግን ነቲ ውዕሎ ኣገዳስነቱ ድሌት ስራሕ ናይ ቦሎኛ ፎርም 2014 ዝነበሩ ዜጋታትና ውዕውዕ ከሎን ነቶም ኣብኡ ዘይወዓሉ ናይ ምፍላጡ ህርፋኖም ንምርውይ ወይ ሓበረታ ምሃብ ኣንተዘይኮይኑ ብሰፊሑን ናይ ስራሕ መደባቱን ከመይን ብኸመይን ናብ ስራሕ ንጽምድ እቶም ተመዚዞም ዘለዉ ናይ ዕማም ሓይሊ በብእዋኑ ኣብ ኩሉ መራኸቢ ብዙሃን ክገልጽዎ ምዃኖም ኣይጠራጥጠርን።  እቲ ብኣኦም ዝውሃብ ከኣ እዩ እቲ ዕላውን ወግዓውን ። እቲ ናተይ ሓባሪ ደኣ እምበር ካልእ ኣይኮነን።

ብዝተረፈ ድሮ በብዘለዉዎ ሪፖርታጅ 2014 ብትግርኛ ብእንግሊዘኛ ካብቶም ኣብኡ ዝወዓሉ ድሮ ኣብ መርበባት ክዝርጋሕ ተጀሚሩ ስለዘሎ እዚ ከኣ እቲ ብዙሕነት ምስ ፍልልያትካ ኣብ ሓድነት ዝሕብር መስርሕ እውን እዩ። ኣነ ክብሎ ዝደሊ ክቡራት የሕዋትን ኣሓትን፡ ቦሎኛ ፎርም 2014 በቲ ካብ ቦሎኛ 2013 ዝተዋህቦ ንምቅርራብ ናይ ዝተፈላለዩ ዜጋታትናን ዝተወደቡን ዘይተወደቡን ኮታ ንኣርእስታትን ትሕዝቶ ቦለኛ ፎርም ዝደገፉ (endorse) ዓውደ መጽናዕቲ ከፊትካ ኣብዚ ተዛቲኻ ብምስምማዕ ዘውጻእካዮ ዓወደ ስራሕ ብዕማም ሓይሊ ተማእኪሉ ነቲ ኩሉ ኤርትራዊ ብስራሕ ኣቢሉ ዝምድና፣ ምትእምማን፣ ሽርክነት ስራሓት …ወዘተ ብምፍጣር ኣብ ሓደ ዓቢ ንኩላትና ዘሳትፍ ሃገራዊ ጽላል ንምብጻሕ ዝሃቀነ ኮይኑ ስርሑ ብጽፉፍን ኣዕጋብን ክበሃል ዝከኣል ደምዲሙ።

እዞም ኣብ ስራሕ ተወዚዖም ዘለዉ ዕማም ሓይሊ ንኹሉ ኣብ ደገ ዘሎ ብምርካብ ኣብ ስራሕ ከሳትፍዎ እዩ እቲ ጻዕሪ ስለዚ እቲ ኣብ ቦሎኛ ተጋቢኡ ዝነበረ ዜጋታትና በቲ ዝነበረ ኣርእስታት ድሕሪ ምዝታይ ኣብ ሸውዓተ ጣውላ በቲ ነፍሲወከፍ ኣነ ኣብዚ ክእለተይ ከበርክት ሓሰባይ ክቅርብ ዝብሎ ብድሌቱ ዝተወዘዐ እሞ ነዚ ዓውደ መጽናዕትን ስራሕን ዘማእክሉ ባዕሉ ዝመረጾም ስለዝነበሩ እዞም ኣማእከልቲ ናይ ነፍሲ ወከፍ ጠረጴዛ ወይ ዓውደ  መጽናዕቲ እቲ ጉባኤኛ ናይ ዕማም ሓይሊ (ታስክ ፎርስ) ክኾኑ መዚዝሞም። ንሶም እውን ተቐቢሎሞ።

ነፍሲ ወከፍ ዓውደ መጽናዕቲ ወይ ጠረጲዛ ከኣ ሽማግለ ናይቲ ሒዛቶ ዝነበረት እርእስቲ ወይ መደብ መጽናዕቲ ኮይና ምስ ኣብ ደገ ዘለዉ ኩሎም ኤርትራውያን ቀሪባ ብምርድዳእ ኣብ ስራሕ ናይ ምጽማድ ዕዮኣ ምዃኑ እውን ኩሉ ጉባኤኛ ኣስሚሩሉ። እተን  ዝወጻ  ሸውዓተ ኣርእስትታት መደብ መጽናዕትን ዕዮን እዘን ዝስዕባ እየን፡-

1-     ምህናጽ ሓደ ዝሰመረ ሃገራዊ ጽላል

2-    ሃገራዊ ዕርቂ

3-   ኣብ ውሽጢ ኤርትራ ምጥርናፍን ምልዕዓልን

4-   ኣብ ሃገራዊ ባህሊ መሃዝቲ ስነጥበባውያን ምስታፍ

5-   ምህናጽ ንኹሉ ዘሳትፍ ሓያል ሚድያ

6-   ግብረ-መልሲ ንናይ ስደተኛታት ሽግር

7-   ውጽኢታዊ ዝኾነ ዓለም ለኸ ዝምድናታት ምፍጣር

ከምዚ ዝጠቐስክዎ ኣብዚ ኣርእስታትት እዚ ህዱእን ርጉእን ኣወንታዊ ምይይጥ ድሕሪ ምክያድ ንምትግባሩ ዘድሊ ንድፊ ብምቕራብ ነፍሲ ወከፍ መደብ መጽናዕቲ መሪሓ ዝበጽሓቶ  ጡርኑፍ ሓሳባት ኣብ ሰለስተ ጽሚቛ ብምቕራብ፣ 21 ጡርንፍ ሓሳባት ኣብ ናይ ሓባር ክትዓት ተኣትዩ ጸሚቑ ንመስርሕ ዝኽውን መደብ ዕዮ ኣሚቱ። ከምቲ ኣብ ላዕሊ ዝበልክዎ ናይ ዕማም ሓይሊ ብምውሳን፡ ናይ ሰለስተ መዓልቲ ጽዑቕ ስራሓት ደምዲሙ። ሕጂ እዚ ኣብ ቦሎኛ ዝተገብረ ኣኼባ ንዘተ ብዘተ ኣቢልካ ብእንካን ሃባን ኣብ ምርድዳእ በጺሕካ፣ ተሰማሚዕካ፣ ሰሚርካ ናይ ምስራሕ በዚ ኣቢልካ እውን ሰፊሕ ሃገራዊ ጽላል ንምብጻሕ ዝኸፍት መገዲ ንኹሉ ዜጋታትና ዘራኽብን ዘዛትን ባይታ ንምፍጣር ዝዓለመ  ዓውደ መጽናዕቲ ምዃኑ ብሩህ ክኾነልና ይምነ።

ካብዚ ሓሊፉ ናይ ነፍሲ ወከፍ ዜጋታት ድሌትን ኣብ ሓርነት ህዝብን፣ ልኡላውነት ሃገርን፣ ዲሞክራስያዊ ዓውደ-ቃልሲ ቁዋማዊት ሃገርን ንምብጻሕ ዘቃልስ ባይታ ኮይኑ ክርኤን ክስርሓሉን ትጽቢት ጉባኤኛታት ጥራይ ዘይኮነስ ክስርሓሉ ከም ዘለዎ እዩ ኣማሕጺኑ። እነሆ  ከእ ድሮ እቲ ድሌት ዘብርህ እኳ እዚ ኣብ ክልቲኡ ገዛ ኮይኑ ብጽሞናን ተገዳስነትን ዝሰምዕ ዘሎ ህዝብና ኣብነት እዩ ብምባል መደረኡ ደምዲሙ።

 ካብዚ ሓሊፉ ናይ ሕቶን መልስን ባይታ ተኸፍተ። ካብ ክልቲኡ ገዛውቲ ዝውሕዝ ዝነበረ ሕቶ ኣትኩሮኡ ናይ ሓቢርካ ምስራሕ ሓደ ዓቢ ንኹሉ ዝጥርንፍ ጽላል ኣብ ሓርነትን ዲሞክራስንነትን ዝተሰረተ ጽላል ንኽንበጽሕ ዘድሊ መገድታት ዝድህስስ እዩ ነይሩ።

ሓቢርካ ምስራሕ ናይ ዓወት ጐደና ምዃኑ እዩ ሓቢሩ። ብወገኑ ይጠቅም ዝበሎ መሳሪሕታት ከም ለበዋ ኣቕሪቡ።

ብሓቂ ብህርፋን ናይ ሓርነት ንሃገርና ካብ ጽንኩር ኩነታት ብኸመይ ንምውጽኣ እንታይ ክንገብር፣ ንምልኪ ስዒርናኸ ኣብ ዲሞክራሲን ምዕባሌን ብኸመይ ንጎዓዝ ዝብል ጥሙርን ጥልቕ ዝበለን ሓሳባት የቕርብ ነይሩ። እቲ ሽግርና  ባዕልና ንፈትሖ ምትሕብባር ናይ ወጻእተኛታት ከኣ ነኽብርን  ንቕበልን ዝብል ጭርሖ ክኽፋፍለና ከምዘይክእል እንታይ ደኣ ጽንዓት ምትእምማን ንጉዳይካ ቅድም ባዕልኻ ምዕጣቑ።

እዚ ከኣ ብንቕሓት ፍልጠት ተሰንዩ ናይ ደገን ውሽጥን ተኣሳስርካ እትሰርሓሉ ባይታ ምፍጣር ዝኾነ ዘሎና ጎደና-ዕዮ፡ክንክተል ናብ ስራሕ ብስራሕ ምዃኑ ተገንዚቡን ተረዳዲኡን ክዕየ ዘለዎ እዩ ብምባል ንኣርባዕተ ሰዓታት ዛኣክል ዝምስገን ምይይጣት ተኻይዱ።
