ሰልፊ ዲሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ (ሰዲህኤ) ኣብቲ ብ14 ጥቅምቲ 2016 ዝለኣኾ መልእኽቲ ን10 ዓመታት ብብዙሕ ብደሆታትን ዓወታትን ንዝሓለፉ  ናይ ቅድም ኮሚሽነር ላዕለዋይ ኮሚሽን ጉዳይ ስደተኛታት፡ ኣቶ ኣንቶኒዮ ጉተርስ ሓላፊ ዝለዓለ ኣካል ዓለምና ኮይኖም ብምምራጾም ምዉቕን ልባውን ሓጐሱ ገሊጹ።

እቲ ናይ ሰደህኤ ናይ እንኳዕ ኣሕጐሰኩም መልእኽቲ፡ ብስም እቲ ከገልግልዎ ዝጸንሑ ኤርትራዊ ስደተኛ ዝተላእከ ምዃኑ’ውን ጠቒሱ። እቲ መልእኽቲ ነቶም ናይ ቅድም ኮሚሽነር “ ነቲ ብኣካል ዝበጻሕኩምዎን ዝተዓዘብኩምዎን ኤርትራዊ ስደተኛ ዘለዎ ዘይውሑስ ቦታታ፡ ብሓፈሻ ኣብ መደበር ስደተኛታት ቀርኒ ኣፍሪቃ ብፍላይ ድማ ኣብ ከም ወዲ ሸሪፈይ ሱዳን ዘሎ ሕማቕ ኩነታት ምዝካሩ ኣጽግመኩምን እዩ” ዝብል መዘኻኸሪ ኣስፊሩ።

ሰዲህኤ፡ እቶም ኮሚሽነር ኣብ ዝሓለፈ ግዜ ኣብ ልዕሊ ኤርትራውያን ግዳያት ግህሰት ሰብኣዊ መሰል ከርእይዎ ንዝጸንሑ ተገዳስነት ንኢዱ፡ ንመጻኢ እውን ነቲ ኣብዛ ብዝምድናዊ ሓዳስ ሃገር ኤርትራ ቀንዲ ጠንቂ ስቓይ ኮይኑ ዘሎ ግህሰት ደሞክራሲያውን ሰብኣውን መሰላት ብግቡቕ ከቕልብሉ ሓደራ ኢሉ።

እቲ መልእኽቲ ነቲ ብመርማሪ ኣካል ሰብኣዊ መሰል ኤርትራ ዝተበጽሐ መርተዖታትን ንውሳነ ናይቲ ኣብ  ዝሓለፈ ሰነ 2012 መበል 32 ኣኼባኡ ዘካየደ ኣብ ጀነቫ ዘሎ ኮሚሽን ሰብኣዊ መሰላት ዝበጸሖ ውሳነታትን  ብምጥቃስ፡ ሕጂ እውን ቅኑዕ ብይን ንምርካብ ናብ ጠቕላላ ኣኼባ ውድብ ሕቡራት መንግስታት፡ ከምኡ እውን ናብ ሓፈሻዊ ባይቶን ቤት ምኽሪ ጸጥታን ቀሪቡ ከም ዘሎ ኣስፊሩ። በዚ መሰረት ኤርትራውያን ግዳያት ካብዞም ሓድሽ ሓላፊ ፍትሓዊ ኣበርክቶ ከም ዝጽበ እቲ መልእኽቲ ጠቒሱ።

ሰደህኤ ኣብዚ መልእኽቱ ከምቲ ኣብ ጀነቫ ዝተራእየ ፖለቲካዊ ዝንባለታት፡ ኣፍሪቃውያን ዲክታቶራት ካብ ነናቶም ረብሓ ነቒሎም፡ ነቲ መርማሪ ኣካል ጉዳይ ሰብኣዊ መሰል ኤርትራ ኣብቲ ፍጻመ ኣንጻር ህዝቢ ኢድ ዘለዎም ጨካናት ሓለፍቲ ኤርትራ ብቕልጡፍ ናብ ዓለም ለኻዊ ገበናዊ ቤት ፍርዲ ክቐርቡ ዘቕረቦ ሓሳብ ከይኮልፍዎ ዘለዎ ስግኣት ኣስፊሩ።

ብዘይካዚ ኣቶ ጉተረስ ነተን ናይ ሕብረት ኣፍሪቃ ትካላት ሰብኣዊ መሰል ናይ ምሕያል ጉዳይ እውን ሓላፍነቶም ምዃኑ ኣብቲ መልእኽቲ ኣዘኻኺሩ በዚ መሰረት ንኹሎም ኣብ ግህሰት ሰብኣዊ መሰልን ምፍጻም ገበንን ዝምልከቶም ኣካላት ጉዳዮም ክጻረን ናብ ፍርዲ ከም ዝቐርቡ ክገብሩ ጸዊዑ።

ብመሰረት ቅዋም ሰልፊ ዲሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ጉባኤ ናይ ዞባ ኣብ ነፍሲ ወከፍ ክልተ ዓመት ዝግበር ኮይኑ፡ 4ይ ጉባኤ ሰልፊ ዲሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ዞባ ሴሜን ኣሜሪካ  "ሓቢርና ኣብ ጽንዓት"  ኣብ ትሕቲ ዝብል ቴማ ሎሚ ዕለት 15 ጥቅምቲ 2016 ልክዕ ስዓት 7 ናይ ንግሆ ኣብ ከተማ ችካጎ - ዊንድሲቲ፡ ብዉዕዉዕ ኣገባብ ተጀሚሩ።

ካብ ዝተፈላለየ ከባቢ ሴሜን ኣሜሪካን ከናዳን ክሳተፉ ዝመጹ ጉባኤኛታት ኣብ ኣዳራሽ ኣኼባ ምስ ተረከቡ ብዝኽሪ ሰማእታት ተከፊቱ። ብኣሳናዳኢት ሽማግለ ናይ እንቓዕ ድሓን መጻእኩም መልእኽቲ ምስ ቐረበ፡ ቐጺሉ ኣባል ማእከላይ ባይቶን ፈጻሚትን ሰልፊ ሓው ኣለም ዮሃንስ ብዝተፋላለየ ምኽንያት ኣብ ቃልሲ ክዉፈዩ ጸኒሖም ብመስዋእቲ ዝተፈለዩና ብጾት ናይ ዝክሪ ቃል ኣቕሪቡ። ኣብ ሰልፋዊ ስርሓት ዕዙዝ ኣበርክቶ ዝነበሮም ኣባላት ድማ ብፍሉይ ኣመስጊኑ።

ሓው ገረዝጊሄር ተወልደ ነቲ ብዝተፋላለየ ሰልፋዊ ስርሓት ኣብ ጉባኤ ክርከብ ዘይኽኣለ ኣቦ ወንበር ሰልፊ ሓው መንግስትኣብ ኣስመሮም ወኪሉ መልእኽቲ ናይ መሪሕነት ሰልፊ ኣቕሪቡ። ብተወሳኪ ሓው ተስፋይ ወልደሚካኤል (ደጊጋ) ሓላፊ ዉድባዊ ጉዳያት ቤት ጽሕፈት ሃለዋት ሰልፍን ትጽቢታትን ኣብ ዝብል ዛዕባ ሰፊሕ መብርሂ ድሕሪ ምሃቡ፡ ብሽማግለ ዞባ ናይ ዝሓለፈ ክልተ ዓመት ኣብ ዞባ ሴሜን ኣሜሪካ ዝትዓመሙ ስርሓት ብዝርዝር ቀሪቡ ብሰፊሑ ክትዓት ተካይድሉ። 

ጉባኤ ቅድሚ ናብ ምሳሕ ዕረፍቲ ምዉጽኡ ንጉባኤ ተሰላስል ሰክረታሪያት መሪጹ። ሲዒቡ ሰክረታርያት ጉባኤ ብመሰረት ዝተሰርዐ ኣጀንዳታት ንዘተን ክትዕን ስራሓ ብወግዒ ጀሚራ። ኣባላት ሰልፊ ሓልፍነታዊ ብዝኮነ መንገዲ ኣብ ሙዉቕን ሩሱንን ክትዓት ከካይዱ ዉዒሎም፡፡  ኣብዚ ጉባኤ ዝተሳተፉ ኣባላት ባይቶ ወይዘሪት ኤርትራ ኣልኣዛርን ካለኦትን ይርከብዎም፡፡ 

In a congratulatory message sent on 14 October,  the Eritrean People's Democratic Party (EPDP), expressed "warm and heartfelt felicitations"  to  Mr. Antonio Guterres for winning the election "to lead the highest world body that he also  served for the past challenging ten years with success as commissioner of the UNHCR".  

The EPDP congratulatory message stated that it also was expression of the good wishes to him from Eritrean refugees he served in the past, adding: "You can no doubt recall vividly the faces of Eritrean refugees you visited in their unsafe and squalid camps in the Horn of Africa, like Shagarab in Eastern Sudan".

Commending Mr. Guterres for his past humanitarian support to vulnerable Eritrean refugees, the EPDP message further stated: "we now wish to draw you kind attention to the political and human rights part of the problem, which is in fact the root cause of the unending suffering of this relatively  new nation in Africa."

Referring to the findings of the Commission of Inquiry on Eritrea and decisions of the 32nd Session of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva last June, the message noted that the relevant reports are now being submitted to the office of UN Secretary General as well as to the General Assembly and Security Council "for appropriate action" for purposes of accountability and that Eritrean victims of their own regime expect him to serve justice. 

The EPDP also did not hide the fact that political maneuvers at the Palais des Nations in Geneva and  the well known fears of African dictators in addition to narrow interests of certain countries led to watering down the Commission of Inquiry's strong call to send  to the International Criminal Court (ICC) soon those well identified Eritrean authorities in perpetrating heinous crimes against their own people.

Mr. Guterres was also reminded of his mandate to encourage and support the human rights organs of the African Union, which is encouraged "to investigate, prosecute and bring to justice those responsible for violations and abuses of human rights, including any that may amount to a crime against humanity." 

Representatives of all branches from USA and Canada converged to the city of Chicago on Friday October 1, 2016. The Congress opened by the Preparatory Committee Chairman, Haw Woldu Negasi. The Congress opened with a compassionate note of remembrance  to those members who passed away in the recent past. The Congress, also, gave special recognition and appreciation to specific members for their exemplary contribution and to all members for their resilience.

Haw Kaleab Kifle, Zoba North America Chairman, gave detail report of Zoba and Haw Fessehaye fitewi gave a detailed financial report for the year 2015 and 2016. Furthermore, the Congress has selected secretariat, and is continuing with appositive attitude and high spirit. It is expected to conclude its plan by Sunday October 15, 2016. 

Mr. Menghesteab Asmerom, chairman of the Eritrean People's Democratic Party (EPDP) on 8 October 2016 held constructive discussions with Gothenburg region chairman for external relations for Swedish Social Democratic Party and a leading figure in the Gothenburg center for the refugee integration of refugees and migrants. He was accompanied by Mr. Zehaie Keleta, member of the EPDP committee for Europe zone and manager of Radio Voice of Liberty in Gothenburg.

The EPDP chairman opened the discussions by paying gratitude to Mr. Magnusson, who was one of the key speakers of Eritrea Festival 2016 in Frankfurt, and motivated his audience by his commitment to promote solidarity with the Eritrean people struggling for democratic change. Mr. Magnusson, who served for many years in Geneva as chairman of the international movement for peace, is one of the activists who recently formed the association "Eritrea in Our Hearts" in Gothenburg to highlight Eritrean cultural values and folklore.

Issues raised and discussed at the meeting in Gothenburg included the following:

1.    The gross human violations in  Eritrea;

2.    What could be done to help Eritreans in the refugee camps in Eastern Sudan and Northern Ethiopia;

3.    How support could be generated for refugee children in Wad Sherifey and the Kassala center for disabled Eritreans;

4.    Possibilities of providing training for Eritrean civil activists;

5.    Further enhancing relations between the EPDP and the ruling Social Democratic Party of Sweden;

6.    Organizing conferences in Sweden to raise the awareness of the Swedish people about the situation of the Eritrean people and abuses of their regime.

The EPDP delegation also took the opportunity to recommend increased action to implement the two significant resolutions of Swedish Social democrats whose 37th congress three years ago in Gothenburg promised to work towards helping in the capacity building of Eritrean democratic forces in ending the illegal 2% tax and related extortions of the Eritrean regime in Sweden.

ኣቦ መንበር ሰዲህኤ፡ ንኣቶ ቶማስ ማግኑሶን፡  በቲ ኣብ ፈስቲቫል 2016 ብኣካል ተራኺቡ ዝገበሮ ኣበርክቶ ብምምስጋን ኢዩ ነቲ ርክብ ከፊትዎ።

ልኡኽ ሰልፍና፡ ምስ ኣቶ ቶማስ ነዊሕ ሰዓታት ዝወሰደ ብዙሓት ኣጀንዳታት ኣልዒሉ ልብዝ ኣካይዱ። ገለ ካብ’ቶም፡ ኣብ’ቲ ልዝብ ዝተላዕሉ ዛዕባታት፡ እቶም ቀንዲ እዞም ዝስዕቡ ኢዮም።

1. ጕዳይ ግህሰታት ሰብኣዊ መሰላት ኣብ ኤርትራ፤

2.  ሃለዋት ስደተኛታት ኣብ መዓስከራት ሱዳንን ኢትዮጵያን፡ ክግበር ዝግብኦ ደገፋትን፤

3. ሃለዋት ቤት ትምህርቲ ወድሸሪፈይን ኣካላ ጽጉማንን ኣብ ሱዳን ዝድለ ደገፋትን፤

4.  ናይ ምልመላ መደባት ንኤርትራውያን ሲቪላውያን ተዋሳእቲ፤

5. ጕዳይ ዝምድና ሰዲህኤ ምስ ማሕበረ-ዲሞክራስያዊ ሰልፊ ሽወደን፤

6. ሽወደናውያን፡ ብዛዕባ ሃለዋት ህዝቢ ኤርትራን ተግባራት ስርዓት ህግደፍን ዝፈልጥሉ ሰሚናራትን ናይ ኤርትራውያን ዋዕላታትን ምእንጋድ።

ልኡኽ ሰልፍና፡ ማሕበረ-ዲሞክራስያዊ ሰልፊ ሽወደን፡ ነቲ ኣብ መበል 37 ጕባኤኡ ኣመሓላሊፍዎ ዝነበረ ን2% መሕወይ ግብርን ንዘይፖለቲካውያን ተዋሳእቲ ዝውሃብ ምልመላን ዝምልከት ውሳኔታት ክትግብሮ ተላብዩ።

ኣቶ ቶማስ፡ ኣብ ማእከል ምውህሃድ (Center of Integration) ከተማ ጉተንበርግ ኢዩ ዝሰርሕ። ኣብ ርእስ’ዚ፡ ኣብ ማሕበረ ዲሞክራስያዊ ሰልፊ ሽወደን፡ ኣቦ መንበር  ኣህጕራዊት ኮሚቴ ኣብ ከተማ ጉተንበርግ ኢዩ። ከምኡ’ውን፡ ንሰላም ምንጋስ ዝነጥፍ ህርኩት ተዋስኣይ ኢዩ። ኣባል ናይ ምንቅስቓስ ንሰላም ኣብ ሽወደን ኰይኑ ንምሉእ ህይወቱ ተቓሊሱን ከም ፕረሲደንት ናይ ኣህጕራዊ ምንቅስቓስ ንሰላም ኰይኑ ኣብ ጀነቫ፡ ስዊዘርላንድ፡ ንብዙሕ ዓመታት ሰሪሑን ኢዩ።

ንኤርትራውያን ንምሕጋዝ፡ ምስ ኤርትራውያን ኰይኑ፡ ብዛዕባ ኣወንታታት ህዝቢ ኤርትራ፡ ባህሉን ሙዚቃኡን ምግላጽ ዝዓለመ “ኤርትራ ኣብ ልብና” ዝብል ማሕበር ካብ ዝመስረት ሰባት ሓደ ኢዩ።

ቤት ምኽሪ ሚኒስተራት ፈደራላዊ ደሞክራሲያዊ ረፓብሊክ ኢትዮጵያ ካብ 8 ጥቅምቲ 2016 ጀሚሩ ዝትግበር ናይ ህጹጽ ግዜ ኣዋጅ ኣውጺኡ። ዝወጸ ኣዋጅ ብቀዳማይ ሚኒስተር ሃይለማርያም ደሳለኝ እይ ብወግዒ ተገሊጹ። እዚ ኣዋጅ ድሕሪ ኣብ ሚድያ ምውጽኡ ድማ፡ ጣቕላሊ ኣኽባር ሕጊ እታ ሃገር ኣቶ ጌታቸው እምባየ  ናይቲ ኣዋጅ ዝርዝር ትሕዝቶ ኣብሪሆም። እዚ ናይ ህጹጽ ግዜ ኣዋጅ ብመሰረት ኣብ ናይታ ሃገር ሕገ-መንግስቲ ዓንቀጽ 93 “...ንሕገመንግስታዊ ስርዓት ኣብ ሓደጋ ዘውድቕ እሞ፡ በቲ ልሙድ ኣገባብ ምቁጽጻር ተዘይተኻኢሉ ይእወጅ …” ብዝብሎ መሰረት ከም ዝተወሰነ ኣብቲ ኣዋጅ ተገሊጹ። እዚ ኣዋጅ እዚ ፓርላማ ኣብ ስራሕ ኣብ ዘይሃለወሉ ዝወጸ ብምዃኑ ብናይታ ሃገር ሕገመንስቲ መሰረት ኣብ ውሽጢ 15 መዓልታት ብ2/3 ድምጺ ኣባላት ፓርላማ ክጸድቕ እዩ።

እቲ ዝርዝር ከም ዝሕብሮ እዚ ኣዋጅ ምውጻእ ዘድለየሉ ቀንዲ ምኽንያት፡ ካብዚ ቀረባ ግዜ ጀሚሩ ኣብ ዝተፈላለየ ከባቢታት እታ ሃገር ገለ ሰላም ዝተሓስሙ ወገናት ብናይ ግዳም ጸላእቲ ኢትዮጵያ ሓይልታት ተሓጊዞም፡ ብዝፈጠርዎ ህውከት፡ ናይ ሰባት ድሕንነት ኣብ ሓደጋ ዘውደቐ: ዝተፈላለዩ መንግስታውን ብሕታውን ቁጠባዊ ትካላትን ማሕበራዊ መውሃቢ ኣገልግሎት ማእከላት ዘዕነወ ጸረ-ሕገመንግስቲ ምልዕዓላት፡ በቲ ንቡር ምምሕዳር ጠጠው ክብል ከም ዘይክእል እቲ ቤት ምኽሪ ሚኒስተራት ስለ ዝተረደአ ምዃኑ ተገሊጹ ኣሎ።

እዚ ህጹጽ ኣዋጅ ንቐጻሊ 6 ኣዋርሕ ዝጸንዕን ድሕሪኡ ድማ  ብፓርላማ ከከም ኣድላይነቱ በብ4 ኣዋርሕ ክሕደስ ዝኽእል እዩ። እዚ ህጹጽ ኣዋጅ ንመላእ ኢትዮጵያ ዝምልከት ኮይኑ፡ ንትግባረኡ ዝቖመ ብቀዳማይ ሚንስተር ዝምራሕ ኮማንድ ፖስት ብዝምውስኖ መሰረት፡ ዝትግበረሉ ፍሉይ  ከባብታት ተነጺሩ ክውሰን እዩ። ብዘይካዚ ንኣተገባብራ እዚ ህጹጽ ኣዋጅ ዝቆጻጸርን  ናብ ፓርላ ወርሓዊ ጸብጻባት ዘቕርብን  ብፓርላማ ዝቐውም ተኸታታሊ ቦርድ ክህሉ’ዩ።

ነዚ ሕጹጽ ኣዋጅ በቲ ኮማንድ ፖስት ብዝወሃቦም መምርሒ መሰረት ዘተግብሩ ናይ ጸጥታ ትካላት እዮም። በቲ ኣዋጅ መሰረት ናይ ጸጥታ ትካላት ማለት ሚኒስትሪ ምክልኻል፡ ብሄራዊ ድሕንነት፡ ፈደራል ፖሊስ፡ ናይ ክልል ፖሊስ ከምኡ እውን ከም ኣድላይነቱ ሚሊሻን ዕቑር ሰራዊትን ዘጠቓልል እዩ። እቲ ኮማንድ ፖስት “እዚ ኣዋጅ ይተግበር” ኢሉ ኣብ ዘነጸሮ ከባቢ፡ ከም ኣድላይነቱ፡ ብዘይ ናይ ቤት ፍርዲ ፈቓድ ሰባት ምሓዝ፡ መራኸብታት ጠጠው ምባል፡ ኣባይቲ ኮነ መጎዓዝያታት ከምኡ’ውን ውልቀሰባት ምጉርጓር፡ ሰዓት እቶእቶ ምውሳንን ዝኣመሰሉ ስጉምትታት ክወስድን ይኽእል።

በዚ ህጹጽ ኣዋጅ ኣቢልካ ካብ ምቕያር ዝተኸልከሉ ናይቲ ሕገመንግስቲ ዓንቀጻት፡ ናይ መንግስቲ ስያመ፡ ናይ ሰባት ማዕርነትን መሰልን፡ መሰል ርእሰ ውሳነ ብሄራት ክሳብ ምንጻል ዝኣመሰሉ  እዮም። ምስዚ ብዝተተሓሓዘ ብናይ ቪየና ስምምዕ መሰረት ዲፕሎማሲያዊ መሰላት በዚ ናይ ህጹጽ ግዜ ኣዋጅ ኣይትከፉን እዮም። እዚ ናይ ህጹጽ ግዜ ኣዋጅ ኣብ ምትግባር ዘይምትሕብባር ክሳብ 5 ዓመታት ከእስር ይኽእል።

ሰልፊ ዲሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ (ሰዲህኤ) ኣብ ጠቕላላ ኣኼባ ውድብ ሕቡራት መንግስታት ናብ 3ይ ኮሚተ ኣብ ነውዮርክ ህጹጽ መዘክር ኣቕሪቡ። ኣብዚ ህጹጽ መዘክሩ ኣኼባ ሕቡራት መንግስታት፡ መርማሪት ሰብኣዊ መሰል ኤርትራ፡ ከምቲ ኣብ ቅድሚ ኮሚሽን ሰብኣዊ መሰላት ሕቡራት መንግስታት ዝገበረቶ፡ ናብቲ ኣኼባ ናይ ቃል ጸብጻባ ከይተቕርብ ዝኽልክለሉ ርትዓዊ ምኽንያት ከምዘየለ ገሊጹ።

ሰዲህኤ ብ4 ጥቅምቲ 2016 ብኣድራሻ ናብተን ኣብ መበል 71 ጠቕላላ ኣኼባ ሕቡራት መንግስታት ናይ ዝምልከታ ኮሚተ ኣደ መንበ ክብርቲ ወ/ሮ ማሪያ ኢማ መጂያ እዩ መዘክሩ ልኢኹ። ኣብዚ መልእኽቱ እቲ  ኣብ ዝሓለፈ 25 ዓመታት ኣብ ኤርትራ ገበን ሰብኣዊ መሰል ከም ዝተፈጸመ በቲ መርማሪ ኣካል ዝተረጋገጸ ጸብጻብ ናብዚ ጉባአ ከም ዘይቀርብ ምስ ሰምዐ ከም ዝሰንበደ ገሊጹ።

እዚ ብኣኽብሮት፡ ብስም  ደለይቲ ፍትሕን ካብዚ ጠቕላላ ኣኼባ በቲ ብመርማሪት ሰብኣዊ መሰል ኤርትራ ዝቕረበ ጸብጻብ መሰረት፡ ቅኑዕ ስጉምቲ ዝጽበዩን ኤርትራውያን ዝቐረበ ምዃኑ ኣብቲ መዘክር ተጠቒሱ ኣሎ። ናይዛ መርማሪት ኮሚተ ስራሕ፡ ከምቲ ናይ ሰሜን ኮርያ ተመኩሮ፡ ቅድሚ ጸብጻባ ናብ ጠቕላላ ኣኼባ ሕቡራት መንግስታት ምቕራቡ ከም ዘይውዳእ እቲ መዘክር ጠቒሱ።

 “ኣብ ኤርትራ ዘሎ ኩነታት ሰብኣዊ መሰል ነዚ ኣኼባ ንጹር ስለ ዝኾነ፡ እዚ መዘክር ብዛዕባቲ ኣተሓሳሳቢ ኩነታት ፖለቲካውን ሰብኣውን መሰላት ኣብ ኤርትራ ከብርህ ብዙሕ ዝብሎ የብሉን። ሰደህኤ ነዚ ዝጽሕፍ ዘሎ፡ መበል 71 ጠቕላላ ኣኼባ ሕቡራት መንግስታት፡ ንኤርትራውያን ነቲ ኣብ 1950 ዝተኻየደ 5ይ ኣኼባ ሕቡራት መንግስታት ከየዘክሮም ንምዝኽኻር እዩ” ዝብል ሓሳብ ተጠቒሱ ኣሎ።

እዚ ናይ ሰዲህኤ ጥርዓን ብምቕጻል ነቲ እቶም ናይ ሽዑ ዋና ጸሓፊ ሕቡራት መንግስታት ዝነበሩ ጆን ፎስተር ዳላስ ድሕሪ እቲ ዘሕፍር ውሳነ ፈደረሽን ኣብ መንጎ ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን ብ2 ታሕሳስ 1950፡ እዚ ውሳነ ንህዝቢ ኤርትራ ዝተዋህበ ዘይኮነስ “ንስትራተጅያዊ ረብሓ ካለኦት’ዩ” ዝበልዎ’ውን ጠቒሱ።

እዚ ከምዚሉ እንከሎ፡ ኣብ ሰሜን ኣሜሪካ ዝነብሩ ኤርትራውያን ኣብቲ መርማሪት ኮሚሽን ሰብኣዊ መሰል ኤርትራ ናብቲ ጠቕላላ ኣኼባ ናይ ቃል ጸብጻብ ከተቕርብ ተስፋ ዝግበረሉ 27 ጥቅምቲ 2016 ንደገፋ ኣብ ነውዮርክ ሰፊሕ ሰላማዊ ሰልፊ ከካይዱ ይቀራረቡ ኣለዉ።
